CONINCO: A brilliant mark in 2025, Breaking every limit toward the 2026 goals

In the joyful atmosphere of welcoming the Year of the Binh Ngo and with the determined spirit of the new year, on the morning of January 26, 2026, at the 11th-floor auditorium of CONINCO Tower, the Consultant and inspection joint stock company of construction technology and equipment - CONINCO successfully held its 2025 Business Performance Review and 2026 Plan Handover Conference. This important event not only honored the collective strength demonstrated over a bold year but also served as the moment for the Board of Directors and all employees to align mindset and strategy for a new growth cycle.

Attending the conference was Mr. Than Hong Linh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Construction Consulting Corporation (VNCC).
Representing CONINCO were Dr. Ha Minh - Chairman of the Board; Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Bich — Vice Chair of the Board; members of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang - General Director; members of CONINCO’s Executive Board; chairmen and general directors of member companies in the CONINCO commercial system; and nearly 200 staff members representing about 1,600 employees working at projects across the country, gathering at CONINCO’s shared home to review the year’s outstanding achievements.

CEO Nguyen Dang Quang delivers the opening speech at the Conference

In his opening speech, CEO Nguyen Dang Quang affirmed that in 2025 CONINCO successfully completed its “dual mission”: achieving remarkable economic growth targets while maintaining brand reputation at national key projects. Despite ongoing domestic and global economic volatility, the CONINCO team turned challenges into opportunities, completing 155% of the assigned plan. This success was attributed to the strategic vision and wise guidance of the Board of Directors, decisive and flexible management by the Executive Board, the support of the CONINCO member company system, and the relentless efforts of nearly 1,600 engineers and staff on sites nationwide.

The CEO emphasized that the greatest value CONINCO achieved lies not just in numbers but also in the trust of clients and partners. To sustain growth into 2026, he outlined four strategic priorities:

  • Governance & digitization: Aggressively advance end-to-end digital transformation and resolve data issues by deploying an enterprise management system driven by technology.
  • Market & new resources: Besides consolidating traditional markets, CONINCO will proactively enter new sectors such as high-speed rail, renewable energy, and industrial infrastructure.
  • Human resources: Nurture engineers and experts with not only excellent professional capability but also strong technology skills and international mindset.
  • Discipline & brand: strengthen discipline and standardize processes to ensure transparency and advisory quality.

With the message: “Success comes not from slogans but from disciplined execution,” the CEO pledged a more determined effort to turn plans into tangible value.
