The first Quality Conference of 27 - CONINCO "10 years of equitization - achievements and challenges ahead"

On June 13, 2017, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO held the first Quality Conference in 2017. The Chairman of BoM, the Board of Directors and staffs of CONINCO participated in the Conference.

With the topic "10 years of equitization - achievements and challenges ahead", this conference is a forum for sharing and exchanging experiences on the strengths and weaknesses of CONINCO. This requires each individual in the Company to be aware of specific roles and responsibilities to deal with the challenges and complete the task of production and business.

Dr. Ha Minh – General Director pointed out that: In the trend of increasingly competitive integration together with the increasingly tight regulations of the State, although CONINCO completed more than the business plan in 2016, CONINCO still had to face many challenges to achieve the growth targets and strategies: More and more tight legal regulations; The unclear economic development orientation of our country in general and the construction sector in particular; Market share, enterprise ownership will be transformed into privatization, reducing the state control; Foreign capital sources (loans, grants, direct investments ...) always require complex mechanisms and high requirements; The quality of human resources doubles the source of work and improves quality. At the Quality Conference, the General Director also requested the market development, contract management and quality management should be clarified in order to develop effective market access strategies and increase the added value of the contract, as well as take specific measures to improve quality control and improve human resources of the Company.
