On the morning of December 30, 2025, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment – CONINCO organized its Production Briefing for the Fourth Quarter of 2025. The conference took place as CONINCO concluded a remarkably successful fiscal year and entered a phase of robust management transformation. This was an occasion for the Board of Management to review past achievements while implementing key personnel appointments across subsidiary units to prepare for breakthrough goals in 2026.

Transforming Management Mindset: Adopting a Service-Oriented Approach as the Guiding Principle

In his opening remarks, Chairman Dr. Ha Minh emphasized the objective of leading CONINCO into a new era of development built on a foundation of solidarity and innovation. A key highlight of the Chairman's directive was the transition from a "management" mindset to a "service-oriented" one. Accordingly, the entire administrative apparatus and management departments must prioritize the spirit of service, acting as a launchpad to provide maximum support for production units—the "field commanders" who are directly executing tasks at project sites. Concurrently, CONINCO will accelerate substantive digital transformation, aiming for a paperless management system and rapid, efficient document approval processes.

Realizing Market Expansion Goals

In his capacity as General Director, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang expressed pride and a clear sense of responsibility in the new phase. He identified that human resource policies will see breakthroughs through the mobilization and rotation of personnel between production and management blocks to cultivate successor leadership. Acknowledging the dedication of long-term employees, he expressed confidence that they will remain the core force meeting the Company's development expectations.

Regarding production and business, General Director Nguyen Dang Quang defined the strategy for the coming period as expanding the scale and enhancing service quality across all sectors. Besides consolidating strengths in supervision, project management, and verification, CONINCO is determined to break through in potential sectors such as design, planning, inspection, and especially seizing opportunities in the high-speed rail market. The General Director affirmed that in this new era, CONINCO will constantly innovate to lead, leveraging its financial capacity and professional apparatus to capture national key infrastructure projects.

To meet development requirements in the new phase, Mr. Nguyen Tien Doat – Chief of the Company Office – announced the appointment decisions for leadership positions at subsidiary units:
• Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau: Mobilized and appointed as Deputy Chief of the Board of Directors Office (effective December 16, 2025).
• Mr. Dinh Xuan Son: Appointed as Director of the Center of Construction Engineering (effective November 20, 2025).
• Mr. Nguyen Quang Long: Deputy Director of the Center for Construction Testing and Inspection, concurrently appointed as Head of the Testing, Inspection, and Environment Laboratory (LAS-XD60) (effective December 22, 2025).

Reviewing business results, 2025 was recorded as a year of exceptional success, with all planned targets achieved. By late December 2025, the value of newly signed contracts reached over 220% of the plan; revenue exceeded 140%, and cash inflow surpassed 147%. These results are the fruit of long-term strategic preparation and the persistent efforts of all staff at key projects such as Long Thanh International Airport, the North-South Expressway, and various civil and infrastructure works nationwide.

Moving into 2026, CONINCO identifies it as a pivotal year for even stronger breakthroughs. The company will focus on two strategic pillars: Technology and People. CONINCO is committed to substantive digital transformation, aiming for a "paperless" operating system by strengthening deep cooperation with the VNU University of Engineering and Technology and several leading international corporations to apply advanced management solutions. Simultaneously, the Company will comprehensively innovate human resource tasks, proactively attracting talent from top universities and implementing specialized training for high-speed rail through international cooperation with partners from Japan, South Korea, and other developed nations.

The conference also heard heartfelt insights from Vice Chairwoman Le Thi Ngoc Bich.
