Strategic partnership with the University of Engineering and Technology (Vietnam National University, Hanoi): CONINCO optimizes a comprehensive digital transformation model

On the morning of March 10th, at the company headquarters, CONINCO's leadership held a strategic working session with experts from the University of Engineering and Technology - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (UET) to discuss the most suitable digital platform management model, continuing and optimizing the digital transformation process that CONINCO has been implementing in recent times.
Attending the working session, Representing the University of Engineering and Technology were Prof. Dr. Chu Duc Trinh – Rector; Mr. Do Hoang Kien – Director of the Digital University Center and experts.
Representing CONINCO were Dr. Ha Minh - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Bich - Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan – Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director, and Deputy General Directors: Mr. Nguyen Luong Binh, Mr. Le Thanh Minh, Mr. Le Nguyen Giap, Mr. Nguyen Dac Phuong, along with leaders of functional departments and specialized centers.
Opening the working session, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Ha Minh, shared that digital transformation is a challenging journey even for leading technology corporations, and for a specialized enterprise in the construction consulting field like CONINCO, this challenge requires even greater caution and a sharp strategy. Therefore, CONINCO always proactively seeks advanced technological solutions that closely follow practical realities.
At the working session, Professor Dr. Chu Duc Trinh - Rector of the University of Engineering and Technology - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, along with experts, presented a proposal to build a centralized, flexible management system, specifically designed based on a common database and the company's ISO standard operating procedures. The core of the solution prioritizes addressing the most challenging problems in project management, human resource management, and operational data exploitation, thereby providing tools to support quick and accurate decision-making.
Based on the proposal from the University of Engineering and Technology , members of the Board of Directors and leaders of functional departments offered practical suggestions and discussed with experts from the University of Engineering and Technology to find the most optimal solution for the digitalization process, serving the entire process from management to production. These multi-faceted and relevant exchanges helped clarify the company's real-world challenges, focusing on resolving issues related to integrating existing applications, standardizing massive amounts of input data, applying artificial intelligence (AI), and optimizing resources at numerous construction sites.
In his remarks at the meeting, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Ha Minh, highly appreciated the practical approach and understanding of the company demonstrated by the university's experts. He affirmed his determination to accelerate the completion of the system and requested the urgent establishment of a dedicated Digital Transformation Committee to closely coordinate with partners and establish a clear implementation roadmap. The consistent standardization and optimization of the digital transformation model not only helps CONINCO maximize labor efficiency and empower management at all levels with transparency, but also continues to strengthen the solid foundation for creating a smart, professional, and happy working environment.
