Inauguration of The Marc Office Building located at 88 Tran Thai Tong – CONINCO's mark of quality in the center of Cau Giay, Hanoi

In the morning of January 7th 2026, in Hanoi, The Marc Office Building (located at 88 Tran Thai Tong) was official inaugurated and put into use. This event marked the completion of a modern architectural building, promising to become a prominent of prime offices building in the Western area of the Capital. One of centers under Consultant and Inspection joint-stock Company of construction technology and equipment - CONNCO, the Technology transferring for construction and environment Center (T.MT) was proud to accompany the Investor in the role of project Management and Supervision consultant Unit for the Project. 

The Marc 88 Office building is located on a 1,921sqm plot in a strategic location on Tran Thai Tong street, Cau Giay. The project is a prime office and commercial complex with scale of 27 above-ground floors and 04 basement levels serving parking and technical systems. The total gross floor area of nearly 34.000sqm with the building height over 107m, the building is optimally designed for functional:  from the luxurious main lobby space, the commercial service areas on the lower floors to the modern international standard office block and to the rooftop garden. The goal of creating a professional, convenient, and sustainable working space, the Investor has trusted CONINCO - a leading construction consulting Company in Vietnam – to ensure the project was implemented on schedule with quality and safety. 

Throughout the construction process, CONINCO’ team of engineers and experts has accompanied the Investor to manage the project, strictly controlling through the BIM, which allowed synchronization the process of design, construction and operation stages from the first steps; closely monitoring the site, rigorously supervising each item to ensure stable opreration and safety for users once put into commissioning. This is a crucial foundation for the project to realize its goal of sustainable green architecture, meeting stringent criteria and achieving LEED Gold certification – a clear testament to the commitment to environmentally friendly development and optimizing long-term operational efficiency.

The project was completed on schedule and met quality standards, this once again affirms CONINCO’s leading position in the construction consulting field in Vietnam.
