Memorandum Understanding signing ceremony between CONINCO DINVAI Vietnam

On November 30, 2020, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Construction, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding took place between Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO.,JSC) and DINVAI Vietnam Co., Ltd. in the witness of Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cuba in Vietnam Ms. Lianys Torres Rivera.

Attending the signing ceremony, on the part of the leaders of the Ministry of Construction, there were Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha, Mr. Ta Quang Vinh - Chief of Office of the Ministry of Construction, Ms. Pham Thi Hong My - Deputy Director of International Cooperation Department.

On the side of the Embassy of Cuba in Vietnam, there were the participation of Ms. Lianys Torres Rivera - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba in Vietnam, and Mr. Jorrge Luis Guimera - Economic and Trade Division.

Representatives of the signatories, regarding CONINCO, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the Board of Management; Dr. Ha Minh - Member of the Board of Management, General Director; Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Member of the Board of Management, Deputy General Director; Mr. Le Thanh Minh - Deputy General Director.

From DINVAI, there were Mr. Rodobaldo Herera Gonzalez - Chief Representative of DINVAI in Vietnam, Mr. Manuel Tomas Fernandez Jimenez - Director of DINVAI Vietnam.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha expressed his delight to witness the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between CONINCO and DINVAI Vietnam. The Minister shared that the cooperation between the two companies will further promote economic cooperation and develop friendly relations between the two countries Vietnam - Cuba. The Minister highly appreciated the role and position of CONINCO, a leading brand in Vietnam in the field of construction consultancy. He believes that CONINCO's experience, development strategy in Vietnam, as well as the expansion of international integration activities of CONINCO, will lay a solid foundation for the development of the cooperative relationship between the two companies.

Staring the speech, Ms. Lianys Torres Rivera shared that the Cuban Embassy always wanted the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam to support the Cuban Ministry of Construction in building DINVAI's cooperation with Vietnamese businesses. The signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding today between DINVAI and CONINCO is a favorable first step for DINVAI to develop in the Vietnamese market. Ambassador Lianys Torres Rivera especially thanked the Minister of Construction for facilitating and supporting DINVAI during its operation in Vietnam. The Ambassador also agreed with the Minister that the cooperation between CONINCO and DINVAI in a brotherly spirit is very important to contribute to the realization of the contents of the MOU signed at the 37th Session of the Committee of Inter-Government of Vietnam and Cuba. The Ambassador believes that DINVAI will cooperate in a professional spirit with a team of experienced experts that will bring satisfaction to CONINCO in particular and Vietnamese businesses in general. The Ambassador wishes that through the Memorandum of Understanding between CONINCO Corporation and DINVAI Vietnam Co., Ltd., possible cooperation projects will soon be formed with high efficiency.

Also at the ceremony, Chairman Nguyen Van Cong presented flowers and gratitude gifts to Ambassador Lianys Torres Rivera before she finished her final term in Vietnam and returned to Cuba.

The signing ceremony took place successfully, representatives of CONINCO and DINVAI Vietnam expressed their thanks to the leaders of the Ministry of Construction and the Embassy of Cuba, hoping that the two sides would actively exchange information, jointly develop and implement cooperation and market expansion plans of both companies.
