Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang attended the inauguration ceremony of the Immigration Command, Operations, and Control Center, designed by CONINCO

On the afternoon of July 11th, in Hanoi, the Immigration Department held a ceremony to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the People's Security Force's Traditional Day and inaugurated the Immigration Command, Operations, and Control Center. Proud to be the design consultant for this project, representatives from Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) were honored to attend and witness this important milestone.

The ceremony was honored to welcome General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security, who attended, cut the ribbon, and delivered a keynote address. Representing the managing agency were Lieutenant General Pham Dang Khoa, Director of the Immigration Department, along with leaders from affiliated units.

From CONINCO, the event was attended by Mr. Pham Tien Thang, Director of Consulting Division 3, and the design consulting team.

Speaking at the ceremony, General Luong Tam Quang acknowledged and commended the efforts and urgency of the Immigration Department in completing the project. The official operation of the Immigration Command, Operations, and Control Center marks a strategic milestone, demonstrating a strong determination to accelerate digital transformation and modernize technological infrastructure, thereby effectively serving state management of national security and social order.

As the design consultant for the project, Architecture Center No.1 (T.A1), with its team of experienced architects, focused on providing optimal design solutions that not only met stringent requirements for functionality, modernity, and consistency but also strictly adhered to the specific security standards of a security facility.
