The MoU signing ceremony between CONINCO and SAMYANG ARCA

On July 06^th, 2017, the MoU signing ceremony between CONINCO and SAMYANG ARCA was hold at the Headquarter of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC).

Attending the signing ceremony, regarding SAMYANG ARCA, there were Mr. Tae-young Sohn – CEO of SAMYANG ARCA, Mr. Deok-su Kim – Deputy General Manager, Technical Sales of SAMYANG ARCA.

Regarding CONINCO, there were Dr. Ha Minh – General Director of CONINCO, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Dao – General Director of CONIMEC, Dr. Nguyen Dac Phuong – Head of Marketing Department, MSc. Arch. Do Thi Ngoc Chau – Deputy Head of Economics and Planning Department and Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy.

CONINCO and Samyang System Group have a very good cooperation relationship in the field of training and technology transfer these recent years. As a joint venture company between Samyang System Group having 60 year experience in valve industry in Korea and ARCA-Regler GmbH having a centurial experience in manufacturing pneumatically and electrically-activated control valves in Germany, SAMYANG ARCA is one of the leading companies supplying various types of control valves to power, petrochemical and steel mill plants in not only Korea but also numerous countries all over the world. The valves of SAMYANG ARCA are able to operate under the extremely low or high pressure and satisfy the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) 4500 lbs.

CONINCO and SAMYANG ARCA agree to sign the MOU for the cooperation in activities, programs and projects to provide the advanced products of both parties as well as the human resources training. At the ceremony, Dr. Ha Minh - General Director of CONINCO expressed his pleasure to continue expanding the collaboration with Samyang System Group in general and SAMYANG ARCA in particular, opening new opportunities for the parties.

Also exchanging at the ceremony, Mr. Tae-young Sohn – CEO of SAMYANG ARCA highly appreciates the achievements, potentials as well as orientation and strategy of CONINCO. He also expressed his desire to expand the market in Vietnam and built more cooperation with CONINCO in the coming time.

The signing ceremony took place successfully. The representatives of both companies hope to actively exchange information, mutually implement the cooperation scheme and expand the market of both companies in the coming time.
