Professors of Saitama University (Japan) visited CONINCO

In the afternoon of November 23rd, 2012, Professors of Saitama University (Japan) visited Consultant and Inspection Joint stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment-CONINCO.

Welcoming the Professor mission, there were Chairman of BoM cum General Director Nguyen Van Cong, Deputy General Director in charge of international cooperation – Dr. Ha Minh and staff of Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy as well as Marketing Department.

Saitama University is one of strategic partners of CONINCO in training field. Deputy General Director. Dr. Ha Minh directly researched and lectured at Saitama University and Master Nguyen Dac Phuong – staff of Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy participated in Doctor training program there.

In this working time, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yasunao Matsumoto introduced training course and master, doctor scholarships as well as research fields at Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering – Saitama University. The introduction of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yasunao Matsumoto attracted the participation of many CONINCO’s staff, construction consultants.

The program of granting master, doctor scholarships of Saitama University started in 1992, all education is given in English, students winning the scholarship will be supported whole education fee, fee for research and living cost. Besides, students also have chance to study, research under the direction of the top professors, doctors of Japan.

Asso Prof. Dr. Yasunao Matsumoto also introduced several research fields at Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering – Saitama University such as construction, construction health monitoring, reasons and solutions of crack, fracture of bridges, etc.
This introduction provided CONICNO’s staff, engineers highly valuable knowledge on training, research and necessary skills of engineers in construction. Hopefully, CONINCO’s good engineers will pass the selection exams and win training scholarship at Saitama University, which contributes to consolidate CONINCO trademark and good relationship with Saitama University.
