From an initial representative office, CONINCO has transformed into a strategic consulting partner, successfully executing a series of national-scale projects in Laos. CONINCO's presence in iconic projects such as the Laos National Assembly House, the Laos - Vietnam Friendship High School, and the Greater Mekong Subregion Corridor Towns Development Project has affirmed its professional excellence and sustained dedication.
The confidence that the Governments of both countries, particularly the Laos Ministry of Public Works and Transport and the Vietnamese Ministry of Construction, have placed in CONINCO is clearly reflected in its participation in high-level talks between the leaders of the two Ministries, as well as successive working sessions between Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Ha Minh and Minister Leklay Sivilay in Hanoi (May 2026) and Vientiane (June 2026). The recognition and support from the Government of Lao PDR have created a solid foundation for CONINCO to promote consortium-based cooperation with local enterprises and economic groups. Prominent among these is the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) handover ceremony between CONINCO and Laos Transport Engineering Consult Company (LTEC), held with the presence of the Minister, as well as cooperation initiatives with PTL Holding – a leading infrastructure investment and development conglomerate in Laos. These are strategic steps aimed at proactively pursuing key upcoming projects and serve as an important foundation for CONINCO and its partners to move toward applying advanced management solutions, aiming to guarantee quality and progress for key future projects.

Having spent 10 years conducting research and teaching at Saitama University (Japan), authoring more than 50 international scientific publications, and visiting more than 60 countries and territories, Dr. Ha Minh has applied a systematic, scientific management mindset and an international perspective to CONINCO's operational philosophy.
