The Minister of Public Security presented the "Protecting National Security" commemorative medal to the General Director of CONINCO on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13th, 2004 - October 13th, 2023).

On the afternoon of October 13th, the Ministry of Public Security organized a ceremony to present the commemorative medals on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13th, 2004 - October 13th, 2023) as a tribute to and recognition of entrepreneurs who have made significant contributions to the cause of maintaining public security and building the People's Police force. Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong, member of the Board of Directors and the General Director of CONINCO, was presented with the "Protecting National Security" commemorative medal by General To Lam, the Minister of Public Security, on this occasion.

At the ceremony, there were General To Lam, Member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security, who presided over the event, and representatives of the leadership of functional units under the ministry, as well as representatives of businesses and entrepreneurs who have actively cooperated with the Ministry of Public Security in recent times.

In delivering his speech at the Commemorative Medal Ceremony, Minister To Lam emphasized that in recent years, the Vietnamese business community has accompanied the People's Public Security forces in implementing major directives of the Party and the State regarding ensuring public security. On behalf of the Central Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security and the leadership of the Ministry, Minister To Lam sincerely showed his gratitude towards the team of entrepreneurs and businesses for their significant contributions to ensuring public security and building the People's Public Security forces. He congratulated the entrepreneurs who were awarded the "Protecting National Security" commemorative medal by the Ministry of Public Security, and expressed his wish that the entrepreneurial community and businesses continue to show interest, share, support, and assist the People's Public Security forces even more in their efforts to ensure public security and build the People's Public Security forces.
