The 19-8 Hospital's high-tech diagnostic and treatment Center topped out ahead of schedule

On July 31st, 2024, the construction project for the 19-8 Hospital's high-tech diagnostic and treatment center at No. 9 Tran Binh Street, Mai Dich, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, reached its topping-out ceremony ahead of schedule after over eight months of construction. The Technology Transferring for Construction and Environmental Center (T.MT) is implementing the supervision consulting service for the project.
At the Topping-Off Ceremony, Colonel, Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Thanh Tuyen – Hospital Director; Colonel Nguyen Van Hien – Deputy Hospital Director; and representatives from various units implementing the project.

The high-tech diagnostic and treatment Center construction Project is integrated with the new surgical ward building. It comprises one basement level and 15 above-ground floors, totaling 34,000 square meters of floor space, with the total investment of 640 billion Vietnamese Dong. This project is a crucial step in preparing the 19-8 Hospital to become a special-class hospital shortly, aiming to reach the level of central hospitals by 2030 and effectively supporting the socialization of healthcare services.
During project supervision, the CONINCO consulting team worked closely with the Employer, regularly urging contractors to accelerate progress, adhere to the construction regulations, ensure safety and quality, and minimize environmental impact throughout the construction period.
