On September 24–25, 2026, the units overseen by Deputy General Director Nguyen Huu Truong held a review conference combined with site inspections of key projects in Phu Quoc Special Zone, An Giang Province. The group comprises the Project Investment & Development Center (T.DA), the Traffic Works Center (T.GT) and Construction Management Center No. 4 (T.QX4). The program aimed to comprehensively review business performance in Q3 and the first nine months of 2026, and to set out solutions to speed up the Q4/2026 plan along with strategic directions for 2027.
The conference was chaired by Deputy General Director Nguyen Huu Truong and attended by Mr. Tran Xuan Duong, Director of T.DA; Mr. Le Hoang Hai, Director of T.GT; and Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Director of T.QX4, together with deputy directors, lead technical officers and the supervision consultant engineers directly managing work at key projects in the area.
Reviewing Performance and Building Momentum for the 2026 Finish
At the review session on the afternoon of September 24, 2026, the leaders of T.DA, T.GT and T.QX4 reported in detail on their business results for Q3 and the first nine months of the year. Despite the challenges facing the construction market as a whole, the three units maintained steady growth and met their contract milestones.
Delivering his directions at the conference, Deputy General Director Nguyen Huu Truong commended the three units for their sense of responsibility, hard work and proactive, well-coordinated teamwork. He stressed that Q4 is the final sprint that will decide the success of the entire 2026 plan. The units must therefore concentrate all their resources, keep optimizing project management processes, tighten work discipline and maintain the quality of their consulting services at the highest standard.
In line with that goal, the Deputy General Director placed particular emphasis on making greater use of technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in project management and supervision, to automate monitoring, improve accuracy and provide early warning of risks. The three centers were also asked to proactively scan the market, prepare technical resources and strengthen cross-unit cooperation to seize opportunities in large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects in 2027.
Site Inspection at the Bai Dat Do (Ruby Beach) Mixed-Use Urban Area
As part of the program, on the morning of September 25, 2026, a delegation led by Deputy General Director Nguyen Huu Truong inspected the site and worked with the supervision consultant team at the Bai Dat Do (Ruby Beach) Mixed-Use Urban Area, a key resort and tourism urban complex developed by Sun Group.
On site, the delegation heard the consultant team report on construction progress, occupational safety controls and quality management of incoming materials. The Deputy General Director asked CONINCO’s experts to keep up their professional consulting standards and work closely with the investor and contractors to fully resolve any technical issues that arise, so that the project is completed on schedule and meets the most demanding aesthetic and quality standards of a coastal urban development.
Accelerating Progress and Controlling Quality at the APEC Convention Center
Continuing the program, the delegation checked construction progress at the APEC Convention Center in Phu Quoc. This project of international stature features complex, flowing architectural forms that demand advanced engineering and rigorous supervision.
Inspecting the project’s main components, including the long-span steel space frame and the glass facade, Deputy General Director Nguyen Huu Truong gave close direction on every finishing detail and stressed the project’s special importance in hosting major diplomatic and political events. CONINCO’s engineers on the project were asked to stay fully focused, follow every mechanical and electrical (M&E) and interior finishing item closely, and live up to the standing of a leading consulting brand to give the investor complete peace of mind.

Spreading a Spirit of Responsibility and the Commitment to “Assurance for the future”
The Q3 review and site inspection trip of T.DA, T.GT and T.QX4 not only provided an overall picture of business performance but also served as a forum that brought management and frontline staff closer together. The dedication, sense of responsibility and unity of CONINCO’s engineers on Pearl Island are vivid proof of the company’s core values and brand on its journey of building works that stand the test of time.
