Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan inspected the construction sites of projects in the Western region of Vietnam

From June 25-27, 2024, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan had a business trip to the Western and Southern regions of Vietnam to inspect the CONINCO projects under implementation, while strengthening market development, promoting production and business, and striving to successfully achieve the 2024 plan. Accompanying Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan on the trip was Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Director of the Project Management Center and Chairman of the Company's Trade Union.
During his visit to the construction site of the An Giang Provincial Police headquarters and the Soc Trang Provincial Police headquarters, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan emphasized that these are key, fortified projects with modern functionality and architecture, meeting the urgent need for workplaces for the police forces of An Giang and Soc Trang provinces. They also contribute to providing a good material basis for the police force to leverage its strength in ensuring political security, social order, and safety, serving the economic and social development of the localities. Therefore, Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan requested that CONINCO consulting and supervision actively monitor the implementation of the construction units, strictly manage the quality, ensuring aesthetics and technical aspects of the project.
The new headquarters of the An Giang Provincial Police is located in My Phuoc, My Hoa, and Dong Xuyen wards, Long Xuyen City. The project, approved by the Ministry of Public Security for investment, covers an area of 11.3 hectares and includes main components such as the central office building, auditorium, office building for public reception, residential barracks, etc., with a total estimated cost of approximately 612 billion VND. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to ensure the safety of engineers and workers at the construction site during the project implementation, the project's participating units strictly implemented pandemic prevention measures at the construction site, affecting the construction schedule. To overcome difficulties, resolve obstacles during construction, and ensure occupational safety, the CONINCO consulting and supervision team has proposed technical solutions and urged the contractor to accelerate the progress to ensure the project can be completed and put into use in 2024.
The Soc Trang Provincial Police Headquarters project is located at Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Ward 5, Ward 4, Soc Trang City, with a total area of 155,266 m2 and a total investment of 405 billion VND. It is located within the new administrative planning area of the province. The construction scope includes: a 9-story office building; 3-story office buildings belonging to the Provincial Police; an auditorium, residential barracks, kitchen, parking lot, general warehouse, warehouse for weapons, explosives, and support tools, power substation, and supporting facilities... as well as accompanying technical infrastructure. The project is designed with a simple architectural form; the facades of the components are unified using vertical divisions with cream-colored vertical louvers and horizontal divisions with windows combined with gray-painted finishing materials. Throughout the construction process, CONINCO consulting and supervision has regularly urged progress, inspected safety measures and implemented occupational safety regulations; inspected the fire prevention system, inspected construction machinery and equipment at the construction site... to ensure the project is implemented according to plan and quality. The project expected completion by the end of 2024.
To maintain CONINCO's brand reputation and create a stronger transformation in production and business activities, enhance competitiveness, contribute to achieving the 2024 plan's goals and objectives, and create a stable source of jobs and improve the living standards of employees, besides actively expanding into new markets, the Board of Directors and the CONINCO Executive Board regularly inspect project construction sites, encouraging the spirit of engineers and workers on site, and promptly directing the resolution of obstacles and difficulties during implementation. Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan, acknowledged the efforts of the CONINCO supervision team over the past period and hoped that the CONINCO supervision team will continue to perform their work with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, and successfully deliver the projects.
