Acceptance handover ceremony the project: CONINCO TOWER was officially put into use

With the consent of the Board of Directors of the Company, on the afternoon of November 21st, 2019, the CONINCO TOWER PMU held an Acceptance and handover ceremony for officially putting CONINCO TOWER into use. 

Attending the ceremony, on the side of the Acceptance Committee of the Company, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of BoM, Chairman of Acceptance Committee; Dr. Ha Minh - Member of BoM, General Director, Vice Chairman of Acceptance Committee and members of Acceptance Committee. On the side of the Acceptance Inspection Committee of the project, there were Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong - Member of BoM, Deputy General Director, Chairman of the Acceptance Inspection Committee, Mr. To Quang Hung, Member of the Acceptance Inspection Committee. On the side of the PMU, there were Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Member of BoM, Deputy General Director, Director of PMU; Mr. Nguyen Huy Anh, Mr. Nguyen Luong Binh - Deputy General Director, Vice Chairman of Grassroots level acceptance committee, representatives of design consultant, supervision consultant, contractor and leaders of departments and Business centers of CONINCO.

At the ceremony, delegates listened to the PMU's reports on the project implementation and acceptance work, reports on the inspection and acceptance work of the acceptance inspection committee as well as the explanations of the contractors. Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Ha Minh - General Director, Vice Chairman of the Acceptance committee would like to thank all contractors for the past 2 years who have been together with the company and the PMU, overcoming many difficulties to bring the project to the finish line on schedule, to perfect the best to match the level of CONINCO - one of the leading consulting companies in Vietnam.

Sharing about the construction of CONINCO TOWER, representatives of contractors clearly stated difficulties and problems in implementing and applying new and advanced technologies to the project. However, with the help of CONINCO's Board of Directors, the PMU, along with the experience and professional working of the CONINCO consultant team, always supported to create all conditions for the contractors to well perform the works and complete on schedule. Contractor's representatives expressed their thanks to CONINCO's Board of Directors, to the PMU, CONINCO consultant team and expressed their wish that after the project was put into use, CONINCO as one of the leading construction consulting companies in Vietnam who has provided consulting services for many key national projects, big projects of large corporations, the contractors' products would be widely promoted by CONINCO.

In response to the contractors' wishes, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Director of the PMU shared that CONINCO is the consulting unit for many large investors, so the success of CONINCO TOWER will also spread the brand name from contractors to customers.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of BoM, Chairman of the Acceptance Committee highly appreciated the close coordination between the PMU and the construction contractors of CONINCO TOWER project to complete the works ensuring quality and schedule.

CONINCO TOWER is the head office of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) at 4 Ton That Tung Str., Dong Da Dist., Hanoi. The project is built on a land area of 1,814m2, construction area of 1,076m2, Gross floor area of 26,072.1m2 including 20 floors + 04 basements.

CONINCO TOWER is one of the typical projects using energy efficiency in Vietnam. The building is designed specifically with large glass blocks, the elevation with vertical and horizontal nanometers, and the green space landscape is designed in the traditional style of Vietnam and modern style of the world, expressing the idea of continuous development, the desire to rise, and rise forever through the rising shape of the building; construction technology of facades by the insulating cover, low-E glass, materials made in Vietnam and environmentally friendly, VRV air-conditioning with high-Coefficient of Performance, central heat recovery system, low lighting power density with energy-saving LED, strong contrasting surface combined with the use of sustainable soundproof and insulation glass materials, aluminum frame imported from Germany, Block XMCL wall brick against heat, fiberglass reinforced concrete - GRC 3D concrete under German technology combined with reinforced concrete wall.

CONINCO TOWER is also the first project in Vietnam to apply the exterior finishing silicate paint system that challenges more than 20 years. All indoor and outdoor lighting systems are imported from Germany, sanitary equipment and the metal accessories are imported from G7 countries….
