Deputy Minister Construction visited CONINCO TOWER project site

On January 16, 2019, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Construction, Phan Thi My Linh visited CONINCO TOWER project site at No. 4 Ton That Tung, Dong Da, Hanoi. Welcoming the Deputy Minister was Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the BOD, Dr. Ha Minh - General Director; Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Head of Project Management Unit CONINCO TOWER and Board of Directors, delegation of architects, engineers of CONINCO.

CONINCO Tower project includes 04 basements, 20 floating floors and 01 attic elevator, land area of 1,814m2, total construction floor area of 26,000m2. The project was officially constructed from 01/01/2018. To date, the project has completed 4 basements and 14 rough upper floors. The construction work is performed in accordance with the construction permit, quality assurance, on schedule and absolutely safe, including ensuring safety for adjacent works.

At the construction site, Deputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh graciously visited and encouraged the workers. The Deputy Minister highly appreciated the spirit of hard working and labor production of workers in the days before Tet to bring the project to its destination on schedule. The Deputy Minister emphasized that units and workers should pay special attention to safety, quality and environmental sanitation.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Head of Project Management Unit of CONINCO TOWER thanked the Deputy Minister's attention. The representative of the construction contractor and the supervising consultancy unit are determined to perform well the organization of the site, take the initiative in implementing the construction to meet the requirements of the project. At the same time, the officials will always focus on the work, closely monitoring the quality of the work, ensuring labor safety and environmental sanitation to complete the project on schedule.

CONINCO TOWER is a building designed by was joint venture Vietnamese consultant and Nihon Sekkei Group - Japan. Especially, the building is also recognized as a green building and has energy-saving technology solutions in the construction industry. Once completed, CONINCO TOWER will be an architectural highlight, contributing to creating one of the most beautiful crossroads of Hanoi capital.
