CONINCO and ROCKFIELD (Australia): A Milestone of Strategic Cooperation in the Era of Building Smart Infrastructure

As Vietnam focuses its resources on developing key infrastructure projects, expanding international partnerships remains a top priority. Guided by the core message of innovation and the aspiration for sustainable development, on the afternoon of 03/11/2026 the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO hosted and held a working session with the leadership of ROCKFIELD Technologies Australia. The meeting created a space for practical professional exchange and for aligning the strategic vision of the two companies.

The event took place in an open atmosphere, with senior leaders of both companies in attendance. On the CONINCO side, the session was chaired by Dr. Ha Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and attended by Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, General Director; Mr. Le Thanh Minh, Deputy General Director; Ms. Pham Thuy Linh, Head of the Business Department; Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Board of Directors; and Ms. Trinh Thi Phuong Thao, Secretary to the General Director and Deputy Director of the Design Management Center.
On the ROCKFIELD Technologies Australia side were Dr. Govinda Pandey, Executive Chairman, and Mr. Tom Bainbridge, Managing Director.

Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Ha Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, shared a positive outlook on Vietnam’s construction market. He said the country is entering a period of transformation, with a series of coordinated transport infrastructure projects from North to South, notably the urban railway network, high-speed railways, and large-scale international airports. Amid this dynamic momentum, CONINCO continues to strengthen its position. It was recently honored as the Top 1 Construction Enterprise of the Year and the Top 1 Leading Construction Consulting Enterprise in Vietnam, and has achieved impressive growth in contract volume. Dr. Ha Minh affirmed that, with its extensive experience in managing complex projects, CONINCO is always ready to adopt advanced technology and work with international partners to build infrastructure in Vietnam.

Echoing that inspiring vision, Dr. Govinda Pandey, Executive Chairman of ROCKFIELD Technologies Australia, expressed his admiration for Vietnam’s pace of growth and its increasingly open investment environment. Drawing on his experience of cooperation with Vietnamese enterprises, he highly appreciated the expertise of Vietnamese engineers and their ability to meet demanding technical standards. The strategic exchanges at this meeting serve as an important stepping stone toward the upcoming Signing Ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement and the Thematic Workshop to be held at CONINCO. The two sides have urgently reviewed and completed the preparations, and are ready to welcome representatives of the Ministry of Construction, together with guests including experts, university leaders, and leading associations and enterprises in the industry. The meeting between CONINCO and ROCKFIELD Technologies Australia not only opens up opportunities for trade but also brings together knowledge, technology, and the aspiration to reach further, marking the beginning of a long-term and effective partnership.
