CONINCO conducted quality and progress inspections of expressway projects in the South Central region

From December 7th to 10th, 2023, General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong and Deputy General Director in charge of the Quality Control, Nguyen Luong Binh, along with a team of experts, inspected the progress and quality of expressway projects in the South Central region and several other projects: The Chi Thanh-Van Phong Expressway, implemented by the Construction Engineering Center (T.KC); The Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Expressway, implemented by the CONINCO Branch in Ho Chi Minh City (CN.HCM); The Cam Lam-Vinh Hao Expressway, implemented by the Construction Testing and Inspection Center (T.TN).
The North-South Expressway component projects are national key projects, closely monitored and directed by the Government and relevant ministries and agencies. Therefore, as a construction supervision consultant, CONINCO must closely follow the progress, construction process, identify potential problems and issues early on to provide appropriate solutions and consult with the Investor; coordinate with local authorities, urge contractors to mobilize sufficient manpower, maximize equipment to accelerate progress. However, some projects are facing delays due to land clearance, terrain, and lack of material supply... Therefore, CONINCO construction supervision consultant must update the overall progress, detailed progress of each item according to the actual site to ensure the project is implemented smoothly, meet the set schedule and ensure construction quality and labor safety.
Quality is always a top priority for CONINCO's leadership when undertaking construction supervision consultancy for projects. Therefore, regular inspection and evaluation of on-site consultancy work plays a crucial role in the success of the project.
