MESSAGE IN 2022 OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT
2021 has passed with too many difficulties. The pandemic is still complicated, seriously affecting the country's economic and social activities and the Company’s partners and customers.
2021 is also a critical pivotal year for CONINCO, the last year of the 2017-2021 term of the Board of Management and Supervisory Board.
In the past year, the Board of Management, Board of General Directors and the Company's employees have actively overcome difficulties to complete the business plan, ensuring safety to all Company’s employees, family and relatives during the pandemic.
Tan Suu Lunar Year 2021 is coming to an end, entering the Nham Dan Lunar New Year 2022, with the belief that the pandemic will be repelled, taking advantage of new chances and opportunities, on behalf of the Board of Management, Board of General Directors, Chairman of the Board of Management has the following message:
1. The Board of Management and Board of General Directors continue to strive to accompany all Company’s employees in solidarity, determine to maintain, develop and protect the position of CONINCO brand name, together towards the core purposes is Sustainable development, Assurance for the Future;
2. Continue to promote development, market expansion, and brand development, and maintain adaptation to the new normal situation;
3. Promulgate policies and regulations for the successful implementation of the 5-year Company Development Project (2022-2026) and perform the Company's orientation goals until 2032, with special priority given to the policies, stable welfare, and development of vital human resources, adjacent human resources of the Company;
4. Invest in depth, improve, build and absorb new working, management, and production methods, apply science and information technology, and make a database system towards digitalization for some management and production processes;
5. Promote activities to be a multi-disciplinary company, focusing on construction consulting, improving and exploiting the efficiency of building management business services, financial business, taking advantage of opportunities, and training resources for export markets;
6. Meet and exceed the business plan and comply with the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives in 2022.
The new year 2022 has come, the spring of the Nham Dan Lunar New year is coming, the Chairman of the Board of Management wishes the Board of General Directors, Shareholders, Leaders, and employees from administrative departments and Business centers together with customers, partners a Happy, Prosperous, Healthy and Safe New Year.
