On the evening of May 20, 2025, the Hanoi Opera House was the focal point of the architecture industry as it hosted the National Architecture Awards Ceremony 2024–2025. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, leaders of Central Ministries, Departments, and Hanoi City, along with professional associations. This is the most official, prestigious, and longest-standing award in the State award system for architecture, organized by the Vietnam Association of Architects, the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The award not only honors outstanding architectural works but also reflects the continuous efforts of architects in building a modern Vietnamese culture rich in national identity.

On March 11, 2025, the People's Committee of Hai Phong City held a groundbreaking ceremony to launch the construction of the Ring Road No. 2 project, specifically the Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien section. This project, with a total investment of nearly 7.5 trillion VND, spans the Hai An, Duong Kinh, and Kien An districts. It is a project of significant importance, poised to create a breakthrough in the city's socio-economic and urban development. The event also serves to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hai Phong (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025). The Joint Venture of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., Jsc) and Bridge and Tunnel Design Consultant Joint Stock Company will serve as the Construction Supervision Consultant for the section from the Lien Phuong intersection to the Hai Thanh overpass.

Award Ceremony for the International Competition "Master Plan Concept for Long Thanh Airport Urban Area and Surrounding Areas"

On the afternoon of February 21, 2025, the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee announced the winners and presented awards for the international competition "Master Plan Concept for Long Thanh Airport Urban Area and Surrounding Areas". The competition attracted 11 entrants from various countries, showcasing a range of creative and impressive ideas. The Joint Venture of the National Institute of Architecture - Nihon Sekkei, Inc., - Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., Jsc) (VIAR-NS-CONINCO), proposing a "twin city model" linking Ho Chi Minh City and Long Thanh, was selected by the Competition Jury and awarded First Prize.

Following the success of previous architectural design competitions, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., Jsc), in collaboration with the National Institute of Architecture and Nihon Sekkei Inc (Japan), formed the VIAR – NS – CONINCO Joint Venture to participate in the “Long Thanh Airport City Master Plan Concept” competition organized by the Dong Nai Department of Construction. The Joint Venture’s “Twin City Model” was awarded the first prize in the competition.

The contract was signed between the Department of Water Resources, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Lao PDR, and the Joint Venture of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., Jsc), the National Institute of Agricultural Planning and Design (NIAPP), and Archineer Ocean Co., Ltd. CONINCO Oversees Groundbreaking of Ministry of Public Security's First Airport in Gia Binh, Bac Ninh

On the morning of December 10, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Ministry of Public Security's first airport in Xuan Lai commune, Gia Binh district, Bac Ninh province. The airport represents a total investment of nearly 4.5 trillion VND and is strategically located approximately 40 km from Hanoi and Bac Giang, and about 25 km from Bac Ninh and Hai Duong. The Project and Investment Management Center, the Construction Management Center, and Construction Management Center No. 4 - under the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., Jsc) - are serving as the project's supervision consultants. On October 4, 2024, the Headquarters of the High People's Procuracy in Da Nang was officially handed over and put into operation. The project commenced on August 12, 2023, and after 368 days of accelerated construction, it was completed, meeting all quality, technical, architectural aesthetic, and labor safety requirements. The Transportation Works Center (T.GT) of CONINCO successfully performed project management consulting services, ensuring timely completion and contributing to the project’s overall success.
