CONINCO is carrying out construction supervision and equipment installation for the "S1 Studio and Central Plaza" project

The construction supervision and equipment installation contract for the "S1 Studio and Central Plaza" project was officially signed between the Vietnam Television Office and CONINCO - Technology, Equipment and Construction Inspection Consulting Joint Stock Company in July 2024. The Project Investment and Development Center (T.DA) is the unit directly implementing the project.

At the signing ceremony, on the Owner's side were Mr. Nguyen Phuc Thinh - Deputy Chief of Office, and members of the Project Management Board. On the CONINCO side, there were Mr. Nguyen Huu Truong - Deputy General Director; and Mr. Tran Xuan Duong - Director of T.DA.

The S1 Studio and Central Plaza construction project is a Group B project, built on an area of approximately 10,034 square meters. It comprises two main components: The S1 Studio with 5 above-ground floors and 1 basement level, and the Central Plaza. The total investment for the project is over 450 billion VND. Upon completion, the project will offer a large-capacity studio complex with a seating capacity of approximately 750, allowing for flexible and diverse performance formats to meet the ever-increasing audio-visual demands of the public.

For Vietnam Television, the S1 Studio and Central Plaza project is not only significant in terms of scale and total investment but also a complex project within the process of building and perfecting the overall infrastructure, facilities, and technology of VTV at 43 Nguyen Chi Thanh. The new construction will be an architectural highlight, creating harmony in the landscape with existing VTV structures, and affirming VTV's role in the new era. It is also a special project to celebrate the 12th National Party Congress of VTV and the 55th anniversary of the first television broadcast.
