CONINCO and Gerber Architekten International GmbH (Germany) - Exploring Future Cooperation

International cooperation in the field of construction consulting is becoming a development strategy for many Vietnamese and international enterprises. In line with this trend, CONINCO's development orientation always aims towards unlimited cooperation with foreign partners to expand market share, enhance capabilities, and improve service quality. To seek opportunities for cooperation in implementing consulting services in design, urban planning, surveying, and construction inspection, in September 2024, the leadership of the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., Jsc) held an online meeting with the leadership of Gerber Architekten International GmbH (Germany) (GERBER ARCHITEKTEN).

Attending the meeting, from GERBER ARCHITEKTEN's side in Germany were Mr. Marius A. Ryrko - Managing Director, Ms. Natalia Sventitskaya - Business Development Director, Ms. Soudabeh Khan - Marketing Director, and Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh - Advisor.
From CONINCO's side were Mr. Le Ngoc Quang - Deputy General Director; Mr. Le Thanh Minh - Deputy General Director, Chief of Board of Directors Office; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang - Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang - Director of the Center for Testing and Construction Inspection (T.TN); Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau - Deputy Head of Business Department; Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu - Deputy Head of Business Department; Mr. Nguyen Quang Long - Deputy Director of T.TN.

During the meeting, both sides introduced their history, capabilities, experiences, and projects they have implemented during their development process.

GERBER ARCHITEKTEN is a German company operating domestically and internationally in the fields of architecture, urban planning, landscape planning, and interior design, established in 1966. To date, the company has opened offices in Dortmund (Germany), Berlin (Germany), Hamburg (Germany), Munster (Germany), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Shanghai (China), etc., with over 300 architects and civil engineers. The company has implemented more than 1,000 projects and won over 100 awards in various fields, including more than 80 architecture-related awards. Some notable projects of the company include the King Fahad National Library (Saudi Arabia), Dortmunder U Center for Arts and Creativity (Dortmund - Germany), Zhejiang Intelligent Transportation Exhibition Center (China), etc. Currently, the company is also a partner of many large companies and corporations from countries such as Germany, Saudi Arabia, China, and more.

Sharing at the meeting, Mr. Marius A. Ryrko - Managing Director of GERBER ARCHITEKTEN, conveyed greetings from Mr. Gerber - one of the world leading architects and founder of GERBER ARCHITEKTEN, who facilitated the meeting between GERBER ARCHITEKTEN and CONINCO, to the leadership and staff of CONINCO. Mr. Marius A. Ryrko emphasized that Vietnam is a developing country with strong changes in global economic cooperation. Therefore, in GERBER ARCHITEKTEN's development orientation, Vietnam will be a potential market for GERBER ARCHITEKTEN to expand its business and develop projects not only in Vietnam but also in other countries in the region. Through Mr. Gerber's introduction and the video showcasing CONINCO's 45 years of establishment and development, Mr. Marius A. Ryrko highly appreciated CONINCO's achievements, potential, capabilities, and strategic development orientation, and expressed the desire to cooperate in implementing the company's development plans. Mr. Marius A. Ryrko also expressed that GERBER ARCHITEKTEN is ready to cooperate with CONINCO in all areas of both parties and hopes that the two sides will proceed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding to create a premise for promoting comprehensive cooperation between CONINCO and GERBER ARCHITEKTEN.
