CONINCO TOWER - Bronze Prize at National Architecture Awards 2020-2021
The Concept design of CONINCO TOWER comes from the spirit and brand declaration of the company "CONINCO - Assurance for the future". The façade of the building is a sustainable architectural highlight with monumental cubes, value lasting with time. By using a large space column grid, creating a road separating the main block of the building from the surrounding space, the shape of the podium with the columnar architecture, large span, airy and light structure with green space creates a harmony and smooth transition in the overall planning of the whole area.
The typical design of the CONINCO TOWER building is a large glass block and continuous vertical tapes, combined with the facade of bare concrete technology to create an impressive aesthetic and a friendly, close-to-environment feeling. The structure of the exterior of the building is divided into shaping modules, linking materials with energy-saving performance, strong contrasting surfaces combined with the use of soundproof and heatproof glass materials with sustainability.
| Council's comments: The building is well designed, bringing good performance from the structure and layout. The elegant architecture image makes a clear impression on the "industrialized" style for the new office building genre. This effect is partly created due to the skillful application of high technology, Reckli pre-cast concrete external wall system, which creates its own, bright and fresh effect in the chaotic urban area. |
