General Director CONINCO inspects the WATER FRONT CITY HAI PHONG project

On June 19th, 2018, General Director of CONINCO - Dr. Ha Minh came to check the progress and quality of WATERFRONT CITY HAI PHONG project. CONINCO is the consultancy service provider for construction supervision, equipment installation and project management support for this project.

This is a five-star hotel and service apartment complex project in Waterfront City, located in Vinh Niem Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong city. This construction project is invested by Chuo Vietnam Co.ltd belonging to Fujita Corporation, Daiwa House Group (Japan).

The Hai Phong Chuo Vietnam five-star hotel is a giant project built on the site of 25.78 hectares, is expected to complete in the early of 2019. There are two blocks forming a V shape, including 21 floors and one basement with 270 superior rooms and 182 long-stay rooms, together with lounge area, commercial and service area, restaurants, amusement parks, health care centers and other utilities

During this working session, the General Director reminded CONINCO consultant engineers to constantly warn contractors and investors about the quality of constructions works, labor safety, environmental sanitation, encountered difficulties in the construction process, in order to ensure that the construction is completed on schedule with high quality.

The General Director asked CONINCO engineers to uphold and deliver the professionalism and culture of CONINCO in all routine works, thereby affirming CONINCO's pioneering position in the field of construction consultancy in the eyes of international partners.
