General Director of CONINCO participates in the Kick-off ceremony at the beginning of Lunar New Year 28 - MB Grand Tower Project

In the bustling atmosphere of spring freshness, in the morning of February 25, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank – the Owner and MBLAND – General Contractor held the Kick-off ceremony at the beginning of Lunar New Year at the project of MB Grand Tower - 63 Le Van Luong. General Director of CONINCO Dr. Ha Minh represented the design unit (NIHON SEKKEI - CONINCO Consortium) together with representatives of the contractors of the project participated in the ceremony.
On behalf of the Owner, Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang – Director of Project Coordinator sent good wishes for the new year and motivation words to the contractors of the project. He hoped that, in the new year, the contractors will always be determined, energetic and maintain their enthusiasm as well as sense of responsibility to make the project a success.
The ceremony took place in a cheerful and excited atmosphere, the parties committed to work together to complete the project on schedule.
MB Grand Tower is built on an area of 4,950 m2, of which the construction area is 2,120 m2 including a 25-storey tower and 4 basements, 111m height, ensuring a workplace for more than 2,000 staff of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank and member companies. The project is located in the area where traffic is very convenient and fast, it takes only 5 minutes to go to the National Convention Center, Big C supermarket; there are many office buildings and offices on the road axis, which is considered as the "Financial axis" of the South West of Hanoi. The project is designed by NIHON SEKKEI - CONINCO design consultants, in accordance with the standards of modern, professional, convenient and friendly office building. The project is an intersection between architectural style of Japan and the unique cultural identity of Vietnam, which creates a beautiful, modern and harmonious architectural space, suitable for capital planning and development. |
