On the morning of August 15th, 2023, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO organized the kick-off ceremony for the Consulting Delegation for supervision and assessment of the construction drawing design of the Passenger Terminal and Airport Management System - Component Project 3 - Phase 1 of the Long Thanh International Airport construction investment project. The ceremony took place both in-person and online at the 11th-floor auditorium hall of the CONINCO Tower headquarters, with the presence of Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Van Cong, Board Member and General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong, Board Member and Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan, members of the General Director's Office, consulting teams participating in the project, and interested officials. This event marked an important milestone in fostering unity throughout the project implementation process, while also providing motivation for the determined Consulting Delegation to excel in their responsibilities for this significant project.
At the kick-off ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Van Cong shared insights into the approach and implementation of the bidding packages for Phase 1 of the Long Thanh International Airport construction investment project by CONINCO. His efforts received high praise from the State Appraisal Council as well as the investors. Being selected as the consulting and supervising contractor for the design and construction of the Passenger Terminal is a source of pride for CONINCO, as well as an opportunity and challenge to once again affirm the unit's reputation and the quality of being a leading consulting firm in Vietnam.
Chairman Nguyen Van Cong emphasized the immense significance of the project and the importance of ensuring quality, progress, and safety throughout the construction process. Therefore, the responsibility of the CONINCO Consulting Delegation for the project's success was significant. The Chairman expressed his desire for the General Director's Office, leaders of various units, and all personnel involved in the project to consider it an honor and an opportunity to further develop their individual capacities and build personal brands within the company's brand.
The Chairman wished for the wholehearted participation of the Consulting Delegation in the project, urging them to leverage their capabilities, experience, and professionalism to successfully complete the project, thereby contributing to the improvement of transportation infrastructure quality, socio-economic development of the country in general, as well as the sustainable development and dissemination of the CONINCO brand.
General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong expressed his gratitude for the valuable insights and guidance from Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Van Cong. He, on behalf of the General Director's Office, as well as Deputy General Director Nguyen Minh Quan, who was responsible for on-site project management, committed to closely coordinating among all parties involved, closely monitoring all project activities, and promptly addressing any obstacles in order to ensure that all preparations proceed quickly and smoothly, ready to carry out the tasks of consulting, supervision, and assessment of the design drawings once the commencement order is given.
The General Director emphasized that this is an extremely important project with the involvement of numerous personnel and stakeholders. Therefore, he requested all staff involved in the project to strictly adhere to discipline and carry out their assigned tasks to establish a strong consulting team with a spirit of unity and high cohesion to achieve the best results in fulfilling the project's objectives.
At the kick-off ceremony, Deputy General Director Nguyen Minh Quan, Deputy General Director Nguyen Huu Truong, Director of the Project Operations Center Nguyen Thanh Binh, and Director of the Underground Works Center Nguyen Tuan Ngoc also delivered speeches, accepting their responsibilities and pledging to adhere to discipline, leverage their knowledge, experience, and creative thinking, and work together with determination to achieve the set objectives of the project.
The kick-off ceremony of the Consulting and Supervision Delegation for the design and construction of the Passenger Terminal and Airport Management System - Component 3 of the Long Thanh International Airport Phase 1 Construction Investment Project was successfully held. It has provided additional motivation and enhanced the pride of the members of the Consulting Delegation. This event served as the foundation and stepping stone for the project implementation process.
