Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation between CONINCO and HANLIM (Korea)

On the morning of July 16, 2024, at the headquarters of CONINCO, a signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Cooperation between CONINCO and HANLIM Group (Korea) took place. The signing ceremony was organized with the aim of establishing a strategic cooperative relationship between the two companies, opening up many new opportunities in accessing and providing consulting services for projects in Vietnam as well as other countries.

Attending the signing ceremony, on the HANLIM side were Mr. Park Jin Sun - Chairman of HANLIM Group Korea, Mr. Yoo Kyung Kwon - Director of HANLIM Vietnam Company, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Anh - Senior Architect.
On the CONINCO side were Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director; Mr. Le Thanh Minh - Deputy General Director - Chief of the Board of Directors Office; Ms. Pham Thuy Linh - Head of Business Department; Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau - Deputy Head of Business Department; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Binh - Deputy Director of the Underground Works Center (T.CN).

In an atmosphere of trust, sincerity and openness, General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong and Chairman Park Jin Sun expressed their delight at the agreement between CONINCO and HANLIM after direct research and exchanges to be able to organize today's signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, representatives of the two sides exchanged views on objectives, development directions, and specific measures to realize the cooperative relationship between CONINCO and HANLIM in a comprehensive, substantive and effective manner, in line with the capacity and development strategy of the two companies. Accordingly, the Memorandum of Understanding clearly stated that the two sides will cooperate in the fields of Design Consulting, Supervision Consulting, Project Management Consulting... for civil and industrial works... in Vietnam as well as other countries.

This cooperation is expected to bring many benefits, helping to improve the capacity and competitiveness of both sides when participating in projects in Vietnam, especially projects with Korean investors.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Board of Management, General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong thanked Mr. Park Jin Sun for choosing CONINCO as a local consulting company to cooperate with HANLIM in upcoming projects. The General Director emphasized that this signing ceremony will lay a solid foundation for the development of the relationship between the two companies, a foundation to open up potential cooperation opportunities, towards a long-term cooperative future contributing to promoting the development of the Construction industry in Vietnam and other countries.

The signing ceremony took place successfully, representatives of both sides hope that in the coming time they will actively exchange information, work together to build and implement cooperation plans and expand the market of both companies. The success of the signing ceremony will contribute to strengthening the relationship between the two sides as well as affirming CONINCO's brand with international partners.
