NIHON SEKKEI senior delegation visited worked at CONINCO

Recently, due to the complicated development of the COVID-19 pandemic, the direct exchange between CONINCO and foreign partners encountered some limitations. However, to expand market development, strengthen international cooperation and ensure the quality progress of projects that have been implementing, CONINCO and foreign partners have always connected and worked online. As one of CONINCO's strategic partners, regularly exchanging work through periodic online meetings, after a period of strict implementation of COVID-19 prevention regulations, on the afternoon of July 1, 2021, the NIHON SEKKEI senior delegation visited and worked at Construction Inspection, Equipment, and Technology Consulting Joint Stock Company - CONINCO.

Attending the meeting, on the side of NIHON SEKKEI were Mr. Carlos A. Ohashi - Senior Expert in Project Management and Mr. Satoshi Okamoto - Senior Architect.

On the side of CONINCO, were Dr. Ha Minh – General Director, MSc. Architects. Do Nhu Duc - Director of Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy, MSc. Do Thi Ngoc Chau and MSc. Ngo Thanh Ha – Deputy Manager of Business Management Department.

CONINCO and NIHON SEKKEI have successfully cooperated to implement many projects in Vietnam such as the Project of the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam; MB Tower; The project of the new National Assembly House and Ba Dinh Hall… The projects implemented by the consortium CONINCO - NIHON SEKKEI have created an intersection between the exquisite Japanese architecture and the typical Vietnamese cultural identity that has created impressive, smart, comfortable, and classy works, contributing to the creation of beautiful architectural spaces for the urban landscape of Vietnam.

The strategic partnership between the two companies is developing actively, extensively, effectively, and comprehensively. The mutual trust and understanding between the two sides are enhanced through the maintenance of exchange and implementation of national key projects from the Japanese Government's concessional ODA capital and the Government's reciprocal capital. Governments such as Vietnam Space Center Project, Cho Ray Hospital project...

At the meeting, General Director Dr. Ha Minh welcomes senior experts of NIHON SEKKEI to visit and work at CONINCO. The two sides had discussions about the progress, process as well as personnel to implement the projects in the coming time.

On the basic foundations that have been built together with the determination of both sides, General Director Dr. Ha Minh hopes that the two sides will continue to improve cooperation efficiency, long-term sustainable development, connect economic development strategies, production capacity, and connect human resources on the principle of complementarity and mutual assistance each other, striving towards the future to bring the most perfect quality to the project, building trust and satisfaction for the Investor.
