Topping out ceremony CONINCO TOWER

After 14 months of construction on schedule, on the morning of April 12, 2019 Consultant and inspectione joint stock company of construction technology and equipment - CONINCO held the Topping out ceremony of CONINCO TOWER at No. 4 Ton That. Tung, Dong Da district, Hanoi.
Attending the topping out ceremony, from CONINCO, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the BOD; Dr. Ha Minh - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director, Director of PMU; Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong - Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director; Board of Directors, Head of Management Department of the Company; Representatives of design consulting units, supervision consultants, leadership representatives and commanders of construction contractors include: main contractor DELTA, glass-wall contractor TID, M&E contractor FUGYTECH, fire fighting contractor Binh Yen, Light Electrical contractor Conimec, elevator contractor ThysennKrupp and Site Steering Committee, technical staff, workers are participating in the project.
Located at the crossroads of Chua Boc - Pham Ngoc Thach, the new CONINCO TOWER is built on an area of 1,814m2 with a construction area of 1,076m2, total construction floor area of 26,072m2 including 20 floating floors + 01 technical floor + basement + 03 basements and 1 mezzanine basement. CONINCO TOWER is a project designed by a Vietnamese consultant and Nihon Sekkei Group - Japan. Especially, the project is supported with design consultancy on efficient use of energy by The Energy Efficient Clay Brick Project (EECB Project, the project is managed by the Ministry of Construction, funded by UNDP and GEF).
Once completed, CONINCO TOWER will be a Grade A office building, promising to create a modern architectural space, in harmony with the overall landscape of the region and will be an architectural highlight, contributing to the creation of One of the most beautiful crossroads of Hanoi capital.
