CONINCO – FECON: Synergizing Strengths Toward a Comprehensive Partnership Model

On the morning of April 6, 2026, the leadership of the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment welcomed and held a working session with the leadership delegation from FECON Corporation. The meeting took place in an open and constructive atmosphere, aimed at further strengthening the long-standing partnership and discussing directions for joint project implementation in the coming period.
Representing FECON Corporation were Mr. Tran Trong Thang – Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung – General Director; and leaders of specialized departments.
On CONINCO’s side, the delegation was led by Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang – General Director; Mr. Le Ngoc Quang – Deputy General Director; together with leaders of the Business Department, Consulting Division 3, and relevant centers.
At the opening of the working session, leaders of both sides reviewed their journey of cooperation and joint development. Discussing future orientations, CONINCO General Director Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang noted that combining the strengths of the two parties would significantly enhance competitiveness in the current market. Both CONINCO and FECON fully agreed on a strategic vision: moving toward a comprehensive Design-Build and EPC cooperation model. FECON possesses core strengths and leads in foundation construction and underground works while vigorously expanding into civil and heavy industrial sectors. Meanwhile, CONINCO is a nationally leading reputable brand in design consulting, architecture, supervision consulting, and quality inspection. The synergy between FECON’s “outstanding construction capacity” and CONINCO’s “international-standard consulting and supervision capacity” will create a closed value chain, optimizing costs and delivering the highest efficiency for investors.
During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung – General Director of FECON – shared candid insights on the current macroeconomic situation and business environment. Facing common challenges across the industry, CONINCO and FECON remain committed to comprehensive development with a spirit of flexibility and adaptation. In particular, both sides agreed on the principle of “respecting the law and risk management.” Regardless of circumstances, cooperation between the two parties must be built on strict compliance with legal regulations, ensuring absolute transparency and legal safety.
