CONINCO attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony Sakura Montessori International School Gateway International School - Tay Ho Tay

On the morning of February 19th, 2020, Toshin Group - Japan and Edufit Corporation conducted the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Sakura Montessori International School and Gateway International School Project in Tay Ho Tay Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) provides construction supervision consultancy service for this project.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Ms. Do Thi Huong Cha - Chairwoman of Xuan Tao Ward People's Committee, Mr. Hiroyuki Odera - Project Director, Representative of Toshin; Mr. Kieu Trung Tien - Principal of Gateway School (Tay Ho Tay Campus) and representatives of contractors implementing the project.

On the CONINCO side, there were Dr. Ha Minh - General Director, Mr. Nguyen Phan Anh - Deputy Director of Technology Transferring for Construction and Environment Center and CONINCO Supervision Consultant team at the project.

Sakura Montessori International School and Gateway International Shcool Project is located in a "golden" class and modern place in the center of Tay Ho Tay Urban area to meet the standards of an international school, built on an area of more than 20,000 m2 with 126 classrooms, a system of functional rooms and large facilities such as 4-season Aqua- tots swim school (USA), music room, creative studio. Inspired by a continuous space system and smooth transformation, random open spaces and green natural space, Sakura Montessori - Gateway Tay Ho Tay will be one of the first schools in Vietnam implemented green solutions such as using unburnt bricks for exterior walls, environmentally friendly and helping to improve insulation, natural wind systems, full lighting systems with energy-saving LED lights. The system of public transport is used effectively to reduce emissions from private vehicles, bringing a fresh and safe atmosphere for the learning and working process of students.

Starting on February 19, 2020, Toshin Group - Japan requires the project to be constructed urgently and is expected to be completed in December 2020. Sakura Montessori - Gateway Tay Ho Tay promises to be one of the most modern interdisciplinary school in Vietnam, ensuring the quality of teaching, a professional learning and working environment for teachers, staff and students and accredited by international green building accreditation organizations.
