CONINCO attended the Topping out ceremony the Supreme Peoples Court headquarters project.

After just over 7 months of commencement, The Topping out ceremony of the Supreme People's Court Headquarters has been officially held on the morning of April 28th, 2020 at 43 Hai Ba Trung Str., Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi. This is a national key project with great political significance of the country and is a work of special value both in terms of architecture, art and stature as well as the solemnity of the highest judicial authority of the country. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) is the general contractor for this project.

Attending the topping out ceremony, on the side of the Supreme People's Court, there were Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Mr. Le Hong Quang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Mr. Ngo Tien Hung - Chief of the Supreme People's Court Office.

On CONINCO's side, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the BoM, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Member of BoM, Deputy General Director. On Inros Lackner's side (a design consulting company associated with CONINCO), there were Mr. Torsten Illgen - Chairman of Inros Lackner Vietnam LLC, Germany's legal representative of Inros Lackner in Vietnam together with supervision consultants, design consultants at the project and representatives of contractors participating in the project. 

The Supreme People’s Court headquarters was constructed from September 17th, 2019, including 6 floors and 4 basements expected to be completed and put into use on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Traditional day of the Supreme People’s Court (13/ 9/1945 - 13/9/2020). Along with the project to restore the national historical monument at 48 Ly Thuong Kiet Str., Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi, the work will be the workplace of officials, civil servants and employees of the Supreme People’s Court. The building is designed in a neoclassical standard with elaborate decorations, sophisticated details and harmonious layout connected with the old building, creating an open space on a unified body with Justice square, the courtroom with the dome are designed straight to the blue sky, as a symbol of transparency, solemnity, typical of the country’s highest judicial authority.

At the topping out ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court highly appreciated the close cooperation of the relevant agencies and the efforts of the investor and the contractor to overcome all difficulties, especially during the complicated Covid-19 pandemic, the general contractor tried to take advantage of the time to deploy, prepare and execute the works to ensure safety, efficiency, and topping out as scheduled. 

Previously, Chairman Nguyen Van Cong and Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan inspected each construction item at the construction site. Besides, the Chairman encouraged the employees at the construction site to always try to complete well, despite the complicated situation of the Covid pandemic, the engineers still worked hard day and night to closely follow all the works at site to ensure the schedule as well as to ensure the best quality for the construction and labor safety, especially contractors always performed well the prevention of Covid-19 pandemic to ensure health and social safety.

Appreciating the professional management and competence, experience of CONINCO's architects and engineers, Mr. Torsten Illgen - Chairman of Inros Lackner Vietnam LLC, Germany's legal representative of Inros Lackner in Vietnam expressed its pleasure to cooperate with CONINCO in this national key project. He hoped that Inros Lackner would continue to cooperate with CONINCO in other projects in the future.

Also in the topping out ceremony, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tu - Deputy General Director of Delta Corp.- Construction contractor - shared: Delta has repeatedly cooperated with CONINCO and Vingroup, despite the special features in terms of design, timing and progress of the Supreme People's Court Headquarters, the three companies have a close, careful coordination to help the construction work on schedule and ensure quality and safety even at the heart of Covid pandemic. He believed that the cooperation of the three companies had been and would create success for many major projects and national key projects contributing to the industrialization and modernization of the country.
