The Van Phong - Chi Thanh component project has a total length of about 48,052 km. The starting point is in front of Chi Thanh intersection, in the territory of Chi Thanh town, Tuy An district, Phu Yen province. The end point connecting to National Highway 1 and Deo Tunnel is located in Hoa Xuan Nam commune, Dong Hoa district, Phu Yen province.
