CONINCO Strengthens International Cooperation with Japanese Partners in Advancing Environmental Technology Development in Viet Nam

On the morning of June 9, 2026, at CONINCO Headquarters, Chairman of the Board Dr. Ha Minh hosted a working session with a delegation of Japanese experts and partners to discuss strategic cooperation opportunities in the field of environmental technology development in Viet Nam

Attending the meeting on behalf of CONINCO were Mr. Le Nguyen Giap, Deputy General Director; Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau, Deputy Chief of the Board Office; and Ms. Do Nhu Duc, Director of the International Cooperation and Consultancy Center (T.3C).
Representing the Japanese delegation were Dr. Koji Takeuchi, Vice President and Senior Director of the Technology and Environment Business Department of the Japan Industrial Management & Environmental Association; Mr. Takayuki Motoya, Senior Advisor of the Infrastructure Development Department at PADECO Co., Ltd.; Mr. Hironori Miyagawa, Technical Advisor of TOYO Engineering Corporation; and Mr. Jiro Honda, Architect at BRAIN & HEART Architectural Design Studio

Overview of the Working Session

The meeting commenced in a warm and friendly atmosphere as Chairman Dr. Ha Minh shared insights into CONINCO’s nearly five-decade journey of development. He highlighted the Company’s position as one of Viet Nam’s leading consulting firms, closely associated with numerous national key projects, supported by an extensive global partner network and a modern corporate headquarters. 
Dr. Ha Minh also emphasized that his deep understanding of Japanese culture, gained through years of study, research and teaching at Saitama University, has provided a solid foundation for strengthening the longstanding cooperative relationship between CONINCO and Japanese enterprises.

During the session, the Japanese experts introduced an advanced environmental treatment technology utilizing photocatalytic membrane filtration combined with ultraviolet (UV) irradiation. The technology is designed to support zero-emission objectives and carbon neutrality initiatives. The delegation also shared preliminary plans for project implementation in Viet Nam, including market surveys, regulatory assessments and pilot operation of the equipment under local conditions.

Japanese experts and partners introduced and shared an advanced environmental technology transfer project for implementation in Viet Nam.

Recognizing the practical potential of the technology, Chairman Dr. Ha Minh expressed CONINCO’s willingness to accompany and support the Japanese experts in navigating the legal and regulatory framework of Viet Nam’s construction sector. Drawing upon its strong reputation, extensive experience and longstanding partnerships with Japanese organizations and enterprises such as Japan International Cooperation Agency and PADECO Co., Ltd., as well as its proven capability in delivering complex projects efficiently and transparently, CONINCO is confident in serving as a reliable local partner to facilitate smooth project implementation in compliance with applicable regulations

Following the productive discussions, the delegation toured the Company’s main conference hall, exhibition area showcasing CONINCO’s representative projects, and the rooftop café and canteen facilities. These firsthand experiences of CONINCO’s modern and professional working environment left a positive impression on the visitors while also inspiring potential applications of environmental treatment technologies within the facility itself. The visit laid an important foundation for future in-depth discussions between the two sides as they work toward their shared vision of promoting a greener and more sustainable living environment.
