CONINCO – OLYMPIA (Japan): Strengthening Cooperation to Deliver High-Quality Lighting Solutions for Construction Projects

In August 2026, at its headquarters, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO) welcomed and held a working session with the leadership of Olympia Lighting Fixtures Industries, Ltd. (Japan). The meeting aimed to further strengthen the long-standing partnership between the two sides and gain a deeper understanding of Olympia’s latest lighting equipment solutions, thereby providing a more objective basis for CONINCO to advise on and propose high-end, lighting products meeting Japanese-standard for construction projects in Vietnam.

Attending the meeting, CONINCO was represented by Dr. Ha Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Nguyen Giap, Deputy General Director; and Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau, Deputy Chief of the BoD Assistance Office.
Representing Olympia Group were Mr. Asano Junya, Chairman of the Group, and Mr. Okawa Kazuhisa, Global Sales Director.

Opening the meeting, Dr. Ha Minh, Chairman of the CONINCO Board of Directors, extended a warm welcome to Mr. Asano Junya and the Olympia delegation. He highly appreciated the long-standing cooperation between the two sides and emphasized that continuously updating new technologies, materials, and equipment from reputable suppliers such as Olympia is an important factor in helping CONINCO enhance the quality of its consultancy services.

Sharing an overview of CONINCO’s business performance, Dr. Ha Minh proudly noted that during the first six months of 2026, the company achieved highly impressive business results, with the value of newly signed contracts reaching more than 220%. This is a clear testament to the trust placed by investors and domestic and international clients in CONINCO’s capabilities in design consultancy, project management, construction supervision, and other areas.
Assessing the market outlook, Dr. Ha Minh also highlighted the Vietnamese Government’s target of achieving strong GDP growth of more than 10% annually over the next three to five years. This growth is expected to drive a boom in the construction sector, accompanied by increasing demand for high-quality and sustainable equipment.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Asano Junya, Chairman of Olympia Group, expressed his admiration for CONINCO’s achievements. He said that Olympia has been operating in Vietnam for more than 10 years and has witnessed the country’s strong economic development. As a Japanese company with 60 years of experience and large-scale manufacturing facilities in Japan, Shanghai, and Vietnam, Olympia seeks to contribute to this development by providing high-quality, environmentally friendly lighting products that embody a refined and modern lifestyle. Mr. Asano expressed his hope for broader cooperation with CONINCO to bring the best products to users and construction projects in Vietnam.
