CONINCO Welcomes and Holds Working Session with CEG Group (India) and IPTE Institute

On August 12, 2026, at CONINCO Tower, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO) welcomed and held a working session with the Consulting Engineers Group (CEG – India) and the Institute of Transport Planning & Engineering (IPTE) to discuss and explore cooperation opportunities in construction consultancy and infrastructure development.
Representing CONINCO at the meeting were Mr. Le Thanh Minh, Deputy General Director and Chief of BoD Assistance Office; Mr. Nguyen Dac Phuong, Deputy General Director; Mr. Dinh Xuan Son, Director of the Engineering Center (T.KC); Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Deputy Head of the Business Management Department; and Ms. Trinh Thi Phuong Thao, Deputy Director of the Design Management Center (T.ĐT).
On the partners' side, attendees included Mr. Alok Gandhi, Head of International Business, and Mr. Abhishek Gupta, International Business Manager of CEG Group. Accompanying the partners was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Hiep, Director of the Institute of Transport Planning & Engineering (IPTE).
At the meeting, representatives from all parties shared insights into their respective development histories and areas of professional expertise. Through a corporate introduction video, the partners gained better understanding of the Company's nearly 50 years of experience in construction consultancy in Vietnam. In addition to its track record in civil and industrial works, CONINCO also brings extensive practical experience in transport infrastructure, offering a wide range of services from project management and design consultancy to construction supervision and quality inspection. A team of engineers with strong local market knowledge and a firm grasp of domestic technical standards forms the foundation that allows CONINCO to confidently accompany international enterprises in implementing projects in Vietnam.
Following CONINCO's presentation, Mr. Alok Gandhi introduced CEG as a consulting group with more than 45 years of experience in India, specializing in full-life cycle infrastructure services for transport, urban development, and water resources projects. CEG is currently continuing to expand its operations across Southeast Asia, including the Vietnamese market.
Building on each party's respective strengths, CONINCO, CEG Group, and IPTE held an open discussion on potential collaboration in areas such as water supply, railways, metro systems, urban infrastructure, roads and expressways. The parties also held preliminary discussions on the World Bank-funded Southern Waterways and Logistics Corridor Development Project, exploring cooperation opportunities in consultancy and supervision work.
The meeting took place in a warm and open atmosphere, marking the initial establishment of a relationship between CONINCO, CEG Group, and IPTE, and laying the groundwork for the parties to continue exploring and pursuing future cooperation opportunities.
