CONINCO Holds Specialized Quality Conference on Risk Management Experience in the Implementation of Consulting Contracts

In order to strengthen risk management capacity amid the expanding scale of consulting operations and numerous key national projects, CONINCO successfully organized a thematic Quality Conference on "Risk Management in the Implementation of Consulting Contracts" on September 11, 2026, at the 11th-floor Conference Hall of the company's head office. The conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, General Director; members of the Board of General Directors; representatives of the management departments; and the Directors and Deputy Directors of the production units together with project leaders.

Opening the program, General Director Nguyen Dang Quang delivered incisive guiding remarks, emphasizing the importance of identifying and controlling risks from the very earliest stages. The General Director stressed the need to equip staff with rigorous contract management skills, particularly on large-scale projects, in order to maximize the protection of the company's resources and legal rights, and noted that this constitutes a core foundation for sustaining and reinforcing CONINCO's brand reputation in the construction consulting market.

Following the direction set out by the General Director, the conference proceeded to a technical discussion session focused on identifying potential risk scenarios throughout the project implementation process, spanning the bidding and negotiation stage, direct site execution, and through to contract completion and liquidation. During the discussion, the directors of the centers together with representatives of the departments proposed a number of fundamental management solutions. Careful practices in establishing and archiving documentation and records, close adherence to legal regulations, and the maintenance of smooth, harmonious coordination between departments were identified as key foundations for ensuring work proceeds smoothly and for minimizing risks arising during project implementation to the greatest extent possible.

The conference concluded with strong consensus in awareness and action across the entire organization.
