CONINCO Works with the Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd. (China)

On the afternoon of March 5, 2026, at CONINCO Headquarters, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, General Director of CONINCO, chaired a reception and working session with leaders of the Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd. (China) and Shanghai Doanh Mach Company. The meeting not only strengthened the friendly relationship between the parties but also opened up new opportunities for cooperation in the fields of transportation infrastructure and urban planning.
Attending the meeting on behalf of the partners were Mr. Duong Xu (Yang Xu) – Deputy Director of Institute No.1, Tongji Architectural Design; Mr. Xu Hao – Representative of the Tongji Architectural Design in Viet Nam; Ms. Wu Xiang (Sindy) – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Shanghai Doanh Mach Company; and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Minh – Assistant to the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors.
Representing CONINCO at the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh – Director of Architecture Center No.1; Mr. Trinh Hong Khanh – Director of the Design Management Center; and Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu – Deputy Manager of the Business Management Department.
At the beginning of the meeting, in the warm atmosphere of the early days of the New Year, leaders of both sides exchanged their best wishes for health and success. In particular, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, General Director of CONINCO, recalled the memorable experience during his working trip accompanying Mr. Nguyen Tuong Van, Deputy Minister of Construction of Viet Nam, on a visit to Tongji University in October last year. The visit left a strong impression and served as an important foundation for CONINCO to express its wish to welcome senior leaders of Tongji University to visit CONINCO and to officially sign a cooperation agreement between the two sides in the near future.
During the meeting, CONINCO shared an overview of its 47-year journey of development and its preparations toward the upcoming milestone of its 50th anniversary. With a strong financial foundation following equitization and a workforce of more than 1,600 highly qualified professionals, CONINCO is proud to have participated in most of Viet Nam’s national key projects. In 2026, the company continues to be entrusted with large-scale transportation infrastructure projects in cooperation with leading partners from China. This further affirms CONINCO’s capacity and strong reputation as a reliable partner ready to work alongside international corporations.
Expressing his appreciation for the warm reception by CONINCO, Mr. Duong Xu (Yang Xu) – Deputy Director of Institute No.1, stated that he was impressed by CONINCO’s extensive practical experience in implementing national key projects across various consulting disciplines. He also proudly shared that the Architectural Design Institute of Tongji University is currently one of the leading design institutes within the university system in China, with a workforce of more than 3,000 professionals. Leveraging its strengths in the application of advanced technologies such as AI and BIM, as well as its experience in delivering iconic projects such as Shanghai Tower and Beijing Daxing International Airport, Tongji is fully capable of meeting the most complex design requirements.
Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, General Director of CONINCO, also expressed his admiration and high appreciation for the quality and efficiency of Tongji’s team of experts through the cooperation opportunities that the two sides have had in recent years.
Building on the foundation of mutual capacity and trust, as well as the similarities in cultural, economic, and social contexts between the two countries, leaders of both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on potential projects in the coming time.
The meeting concluded in a friendly and open atmosphere. The exchange of visions and development orientations not only strengthened the relationship between the two sides but also reaffirmed CONINCO’s commitment to continuously expanding its international reach, enhancing cooperation with global partners, and delivering breakthrough values in line with its motto, “Assurance for the Future.”
