CONINCO - Landmark of "10 years of equitization" on the road of "38 years of establishment and development"

In the evening of April 21st, 2017, at Daewoo Hanoi Hotel, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) solemnly organized The ceremony of 38 years of Establishment - 10 years of Equitization of CONINCO, marking the milestone and the great effort of the Board of Management, and employees during the past time.

Delivering the speech at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Pham Khanh, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Construction sent congratulations on the sustainable development of CONINCO and requested CONINCO to continue increasing the investment in facilities, renovating the corporate management, enhancing the professional capacity in order to meet the increasing technical requirements of the works.

The journey of 38 years of development and achievements of 10 years of equitization of CONINCO are summarized fully and impressively through the films and speeches of Mr. Nguyen Van Cong – Chairman of CONINCO’s BoM, the captain of CONINCO all over the time.

After 38 years of Establishment and Development and 10 years of Equitization (2007-2017), the leaders of CONINCO, which was formerly The Institute of Mechanization and Technology under the National Capital Construction Committee, confirm to pursue the selected ideology, vision, orientation and policy. Up to date, CONINCO has made great changes in stature, becoming one of the leading brandnames of construction consultancy, trusted to implement large projects associated with the development of country in the industrialization - modernization. After 10 years of equitization, CONINCO increased 200% of its human resources, 300% of its charter capital, 530% of revenue increased, 588% of state budget contributation , 590% of profit before tax . On June 1st , 2016, CONINCO's shares are officially traded on UpCOM with stock symbol of CNN and CONINCO becomes a prominent public company on Upcom market.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Cong expressed the deep gratitude to "generations of leaders of the Party, Government, Ministries, Departments, and especially generations of leaders in the construction industry through the periods" who have always supported CONINCO on the way of development; gratitude to "Vietnamese and international partners and customers who have always trusted and accompanied with CONINCO over the years"; gratitude to "generations of employees and shareholders who have been constantly innovative, honesty and made dedication in the labor and accompany the company development.”.

Many international partners shared their happiness and appreciation for the cooperation of CONINCO in the successful implementation of major national projects. At the ceremony, CONINCO also introduced the new Executive Board and was honored to receive the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Construction.

Dr. Ha Minh - New General Director of CONINCO - on behalf of the Executive Board of the new mandate affirmed that "CONINCO will continue to pursue the selected missions, policies, to innovate and apply the modern technologies, enhance the cooperation with Vietnamese and international partners, to expand market share of business lines, improve operational efficiency in order to bring many benefits to the community, contribute to the national development". Especially, CONINCO will build CONINCO TOWER this year, "this will be a big and important milestone in the history of the company's development". CONINCO, with a solid foundation, will "continue to conquer the new heights, bringing CONINCO brandname to the regional and global areas”.
