CONINCO organizes the Conference of 26 Summary and Deployment of 27 Business Performance

The conference of year 2016 summary and deployment of year 2017 business performance of CONINCO took place in the afternoon of January 6, 2017 with the attendance of Mr. Than Hong Linh - Chairman of the BoM of Vietnam Construction Consultant Corporation (VNCC) together with BoM, BoD, leaders of management departments, representatives from the units under the company; Chairman of BoM, General Director of companies in CONINCO’s franchise system.

Delivering the opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the BoM cum General Director thanked guests for attending and made an overall assessment of the company operation in 2016.

In 2016 with the context of difficult and risky economy, CONINCO’s leaders and all employees have made great efforts and marked numerous success with the strategic orientation of "Brand affirmation and quality assurance". Especially, the company has exceeded its business target of 320.4 billion VND, gaining 148.3% of the plan, equaling 118% compared with the same period of last year; Contract value in the year is 552 billion VND, equaling 115.7% over the same period; Paying the budget of 30.5 billion VND, 122.5% over the same period; profit before tax is 13.8 billion VND, equal 110% over the same period; Average income of is 10 million VND per man/month. This is also the first time the company's revenue exceeded 300 billion VND. It can be said that these proud figures acknowledge the efforts of all employees in the past year.

In addition, according to the report of the Company by Ho Thi Ha – Head of Economics and Planning Department, in 2016, the company has a number of signed contracts for typical projects such as: Expanding and increasing the capacity of Lao Cai Copper Smelter; Tan Thang Cement Factory with the capacity of 1.96 million tons of cement per year; High-rise building 5.B3; Complex of commercial, office, housing and secondary school of Five Star Ha Dong; Booyung international condominiums from CT2-CT7; Luxury Apartment and Condominium of The Empire, Co Co Hotel Apartment Building ... In addition, the company has put CONINCO shares to the UPCOM with the code of CNN; implemented the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the charter capital of the company by issuing 2.4 million shares to existing shareholders; finalized legal procedures to apply for permission to construct CONINCO Building; promoted cooperation with foreign partners to advance the implementation of projects with the capital of WB, ADB, JICA ...

To promote the management, production and business in the South Branch, Mr. Le Minh Hoang - Head of HR Department, on behalf of the company, announced the appointment to promote Mr. Huynh Ngoc Thanh Binh to the Deputy Director of South Branch.

Also in the report, Ms. Ho Thi Ha clearly stated the work plan, emphasized the tasks of 2017 and assigned targets to units in 2017. Specifically, in 2017, the company continues to promote and expand markets; continue to strengthen the quality assurance management, study the completion and promulgation of a number of operating regulations; continue to promote training and scientific research; well organized emulation movement, mass movements; effectively evaluate and manage activities in the system of franchise, subsidiaries and affiliates.

Before the whole conference, Mr. Le Xuan Tuong - Head of Finance and Accounting Department announced the titles of emulation and reward in 2016 for collectives and individuals who contributed positively to the development of the company in the past year.

At the meeting, VNCC’s Chairman Than Hong Linh noted CONINCO 's achievements in contributing to the development of the country' s economy in general and the Association of Construction Consultants in particular. In 2016, as the basic construction investment, especially the construction consultancy is in the momentum of sustainable growth, large investors seek for reputable and qualified consultants to work, in which CONINCO is also one of these consultants creating trust and reputation to partners and customers. Mr. Than Hong Linh hoped that in 2017, CONINCO and its member companies woulld always maintain a culture of "healthy competition", "competition and sharing" to support each other, enhance harmonious coordinate to improve the efficiency of production and business of the group.

At the end of the conference, Chairman of BoM Nguyen Van Cong thanked Chairman of the VNCC for the valuable contributions and comments.
