In order to ensure the progress of exploitation and operation of the project of building International Passenger Terminal of Da Nang International Airport, well serving the APEC 2017 Summit Week, in the afternoon of March 10, Investment and Explitation Joint Stock Company of Da Nang International Terminal (AHT) - the Investor launched the movement "30 days and nights to finish". Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of CONINCO's BoM, General Director attended the ceremony and shared experiences at the ceremony.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Le Khac Hong - General Director of AHT declared the reasons for this launch. Mr. Le Khac Hong said that according to schedule, on April 10, 2017, the International Passenger Terminal - Da Nang International Airport will complete the construction work to conduct industrial hygiene, try opearting before taking on the first international flight on May 5, 2017. Time is running out, but the construction volume is still high, so the investor summons the contractors and launches the movement "30 days and nights to finish" to meet the construction progress.

At the ceremony, as the construction supervision consultant, Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the Board of Members, General Director of CONINCO mentioned the remaining workload of contractors and the existing issues. At the same time, he shared experiences when carrying out other major projects of CONINCO such as My Dinh National Stadium, National Assembly House project ... and proposed solutions to meet the progress.

During the ceremony, contractors also offered solutions and committed to increase manpower and equipment to meet the construction progress. Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of AHT, once again stressed the importance of the project and asked contractors to expeditiously implement the solutions to accelerate the construction progress. At the same time, the investor will also support as much as possible, creating favorable conditions for contractors to complete the construction schedule.

|LF|The project "Building International Passenger Terminal - Da Nang International Airport" consists of 3 main items: international passenger terminal, bridge over terminal and parking lot with total investment of 3,504 billion dong. The investment capital of the project includes: the Owner's equity and commercial loan from BIDV and Viettinbank.

The international terminal is built on an area of ​​21,000 square meters with a floor area of ​​48,000 sqm. The terminal has a linear similarity to the existing terminal, designed to have two separate entry and exit levels, with 40 flight counters, 20 exit counters, 22 entry counters and 10 exit doors (Of which, 4 gates by lantern and 6 by bus), 2 equipment to handle luggages and 4 equipment to pay back arriving luggages. In particular, the station is designed with a separate floor for commercial and non-air services, to meet the demand of passengers. Inspired by the gull, “a seagull is free to fly in the East Sea”, the roof of the terminal is designed to be both portable and homogeneous with the existing active terminal as the vitality of a dynamic developing coastal city.

The item of road and floor area has construction area of 7,500 m2, 623m length, the cross at the beginning of two bridge is 7m wide, the sidewalk is 1m, Terminal adjacent to the terminal is 11m2, the sidewalk is 2m ensure 2 operating lanes and 1 stop lane. The item of parking and internal traffic has 41,000 sqm with the designed capacity of 416 parking positions from 4 to 16 seats and 20 parking positions in 45 seats or more.

The terminal after completion will be an international passenger terminal with a capacity of 4 to 6 million passengers per year, serving 1,600 passengers/GCT and operating Code E. The existing terminal will be domestic terminal in conformity with the Development Plan of Da Nang International Airport up to 2020 and orientated to 2030|RF|
