CONINCO participates in the Commencement Ceremony of Do Luong Thai Binh Factory

In the morning of January 9, 2017, at Do Luong Industrial Zone (Do Luong commune, Dong Hung district), Do Luong Joint Stock Company (under Duc Giang Garment Corporation) held the commencement ceremony of Do Luong Garment Factory. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO designed the 1/500 TMB master plan, formulated the feasibility study report and construction drawing design for this project.
Attending the ceremony, there were Nguyen Hong Dien - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee; Pham Van Ca - Member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee together with leaders of provincial departments and sectors of Dong Hung district and representatives of contractors.

Do Luong Garment Factory and auxiliary works are built on an area of 18,000 m2 in Do Luong commune (Dong Hung) and Quynh Trang commune (Quynh Phu) approved by the Provincial People's Committee in 2015 with total investment capital of over 200 billion VND. The first phase of the project is 10,000m2 with a total investment capital of 80 billion VND, including a closed production workshop (storage of raw materials, cutting, sewing, finishing), an operator, a canteen, a sewage treatment area in the garment factory and other auxiliary items with modern automation equipment and systems. After completing the project, 1,000 - 1,500 officers and workers will be recruited.

Delivering the speech at the commencement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hong Dien - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee acknowledged the positive contribution of Duc Giang Garment Corporation when once selecting Thai Binh to invest from the garment industry to the infrastructure of the industrial complex, and expressed the happiness of people in Dong Hung and Quynh Phu districts regarding industrial zones in the area. He asked Dong Hung People's Committee, Quynh Phu and related communes to well complete the ground clearance so that they could soon hand over to the investors, promote communication to create consensus and support from the people in the important project. Good implementation of commitments in investment registration in terms of time, technology, employment and environment. Construction contractors must ensure proper progress, labor safety, environmental sanitation and safety and strictly observe the local regulations. The Branch of Industry and Trade, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and other concerned branches shall coordinate and promptly advise the provincial People's Committee to overcome difficulties and obstacles so that the projects can be completed on schedule, training consultants makes the quality service for the project.
