CONINCO participates in the Opening Ceremony the Hanoi Staff Sanatorium area at Do Son, Hai Phong

In the morning of January 3, 2017, the Hanoi Party Committee held the inauguration ceremony of Hanoi Staff Sanatorium in Do Son - Hai Phong. The project consists of 12 floors including 1 basement with total construction area of 2,835 m2, total floor area of 21,163 m2, 109 rooms and auxiliary facilities, meeting rooms of 100-350 seats, swimming pool, gymnasium ... with a total investment of 308 billion VND. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO provides the design consultancy services for this project.
Attending the inauguration, there were former Politburo member, former Hanoi Party Secretary: Mr. Pham The Duyet, Mr. Le Xuan Tung, Mr. Pham Quang Nghi; Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Hang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Standing Secretary of the Party Committee; and other former leaders of the city, members in the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.

According to Mr. Hoang Minh Dung Tien - Chief of Party Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, after more than 10 years of operation, the Hanoi Staff Sanatorium Area at Do Son has deteriorated and has to be regularly repaired. The service capacity does not meet the sanatorium demand (maximum 70 guests). Faced with that situation, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to entrust the Office of the Party Committee as the investor of the project to build and upgrade the the Hanoi Staff Sanatorium Area in Do Son to meet the demand of nursing the Party cadres at all levels, revolutionary old comrades, retired cadres, and, exploit the advantages of location and land, create spacious facilities, step by step boost the service activities.
After nearly 4 years of construction, with a total investment of more than 300 billion VND from the budget of Hanoi city, the project has been completed to ensure safety and technical conditions.

At the ceremony, Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Hang - Deputy Standing Secretary of the Party Committee confirmed that the sanatorium area in Do Son is the ideal place to organize nursing activities for revolutionary cadres, policy beneficiaries and some Hanoi officials as it is located 100 km far from the capital, in the red-flower-phoenix city, with convenient transportation.

The completed building has significant political, social and cultural meaning, marking the new development of the Hanoi Sanatorium in Do Son in general as well as contributing to strengthening the design brand of CONINCO in the market.
