CONINCO successfully organizes the Annual General Shareholder Meeting in 27

On April 21, 2017, CONINCO held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2017 at the 6th-floor conference hall. The meeting started from 8:30 – 11:30 with the participation of 52 shareholders and authorized representatives, corresponding to 6,477,407 shares, accounting for 95.25% of total issued shares of the Company. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Nguyen Lam Cuong - Member of the BoM, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Construction Consultant Corporation.
Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the General Meeting opened the meeting and implemented the necessary procedures to conduct the meeting properly.

The meeting has implemented the regulations of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to vote for the Board of Members and Supervisory Board for the term of 2017-2022; to vote for statements: Statement on amendment of the company's charter, Statement on additional submission for business registration, Statement on change of the company name. The content was adopted at the meeting with high consensus.
Thereby, the General Meeting of Shareholders elected the Board of Members for the term of 2017-2022 including 5 members:
1. Mr. Nguyen Van Cong
2. Dr. Ha Minh
3. Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan
4. Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong
5. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hai
The Board of Supervisors for the term of 2017 - 2022 consists of 3 members:
1. Mr. Nguyen Tien Doat
2. Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang
3. Mr. Le Minh Hoang

After the results of counting votes, the Board of Members and the Board of Supervisors had the first session of the new term and lucidly elected Mr. Nguyen Van Cong as Chairman of the BoM, Dr. Ha Minh as General Director and Mr. Nguyen Tien Doat as Chief of Supervisory Board. The General Meeting of Shareholders in 2017 took place successfully, the resolutions of the meeting were approved and the Board of Members, Board of Supervisory for the term of 2017-2022 were also introduced.
