CONINCO as the Supervision Consultant for 33-storey Tower in Thanh Xuan district

On April 15th, Bohemia Crystal Hanoi Co., Ltd. officially groundbreaked 33-storey tower at 25 Nguyen Huy Tuong, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi. The project is located in Thanh Xuan Trung Ward and is considered to hold a prime location as the south side is located on Nguyen Huy Tuong Street, the southwest side is on Le Van Thiem Street. CONINCO is the supervision consultant for this project.
The Bohemia commercial complex of displaying products, offices for rent and apartments was built on an area of 3,050 m2; of which, the construction area is about 2,299m2. Multi-functional tower is 122 meters high, corresponding to 33 floors. According to the design plan, 4-storey podium will be arranged office functions, commercial and technical. The apartments to stay will be from the 5th floor to 33th floor
The total floor area of the project after completion estimates 43,404m2; of which, commercial floor area, technical floor of more than 4,413m2. Total floor area of 32,315m2, equivalent to 232 apartments with an area of 86m2 - 136m2. The apartments are modern, making full use of natural light and air as well as high utilization.

The plus point for the project and also display of the modern building is the layout of 3 basements with the maximum expansion area up to 6,675m2 as a parking area, meeting the practical demands of guests for working, transactions, playing at the office and commercial center,… especially the residents here. In addition, the project also dedicates 750.7m2 of land to build four low-rise houses with 5 floors each.

The project is expected to be completed in 2019, creating an imprint on modern civilization architecture; contributing to the creation of spacious urban landscape with technical infrastructure and synchronous social infrastructure, meeting the increasing demands of living and diversifying people in the region.
The total investment for the complex of commercial center, office for rent and apartments at 25 Nguyen Huy Tuong is estimated at 637 billion dong. Expected apartment products will be offered for sale in the last quarter of 2017.
Announcing the construction commencement, Mr. Dang Hong Thai - Vice Chairman of People's Committee of Thanh Xuan District requested the Investor, supervision consultants and project execution contractors to comply with the approved planning and design to ensure labor safety, schedule and quality assurance.
