CONINCO attended the Signboard Ceremony of the Student Housing Building - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics

On the morning of September 17, 2024, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics held a ceremony to attach the project's nameplate to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Academy – the project of the Student Housing Building - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. Construction Management Center No. 2 (T.QX2) - CONINCO is the unit that has completed the work of supervising the quality of the project, contributing to the success of the project.

Representatives of the Investor and units participating in the project attended the ceremony. On the side of CONINCO, there were Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, the Member of Board of Directors and Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Van Binh, Director of T.QX2; Mr. Manh Viet Hung, Chief Supervision Consultant; and the CS team.

The Student Housing Building - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics is a modern mixed-use design complex with a scale of 2 towers of 16 floors above ground level + 01 attic floor and 02 basements; construction floor area of 02 basements: 8,579 m2, Total construction floor area of superstructure: 35,119 m2. The building is designed to accommodate 964 students, with a total of 370 classrooms.

With the tradition of more than 75 years of construction and development, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics has increasingly affirmed its position and role in the political system. With the attention of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Academy, and the Central agencies and departments, the facilities and equipment for working, teaching, and studying at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics are increasingly renovated, synchronized and modernized. However, the facilities such as housing and offices for staff, lecturers and students still have many shortcomings, not meeting the training scale of the Academy.

Based on that practical need, after nearly 02 years of implementation with the spirit of urgency, enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and responsibility, the Student Housing Project - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics was completed more than 02 months ahead of schedule, the construction items achieved high quality in terms of content, ideas, techniques and aesthetics. The project was implemented and completed, partly solving the problem of accommodation and living for students, meeting the expectations of generations of cadres, lecturers and students of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.

The project to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Academy, the Student Housing Building is one of the key projects of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. The completion of the project demonstrates the attention of the Party, the State, and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to the cause of education, training, and fostering of cadres. Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and permanent Deputy Director of the Academy acknowledged and commended the efforts of the construction contractors, construction supervision consultant, and the Project management unit of specialized construction investment projects in completing the project ahead of schedule. Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac requested the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to effectively manage and use the project, creating the best learning environment for students, contributing to improving the quality of facilities, meeting the learning and living needs of students, creating favorable conditions for the teaching and training of the Academy.
