Aiming to establish a centralized administrative area in the capital, the Hanoi People's Committee launched the Van Ho Inter-Agency Complex project at 52 Le Dai Hanh Street, Hai Ba Trung District. The initiative is designed to improve work conditions for key city departments, including Planning and Investment, Finance, and Construction, while enhancing the efficiency of land and office space use. The project streamlines administrative procedures, saving time and travel costs for residents, businesses, and related organizations.
Covering an area of approximately 7,441 square meters, the complex features a construction density of nearly 50%, comprising six above-ground floors, one rooftop level, and three basement levels. The project includes a fully developed technical infrastructure system with fencing, gates, parking areas, and other facilities, with a total investment of 663.18 billion VND.
Despite facing significant challenges during construction, including the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and fluctuations in building material prices, the Hanoi City Party Committee, People’s Council, and Municipal People's Committee provided strong support and guidance. In close collaboration with various city departments, Hai Ba Trung District, and the concerted efforts of the investor, supervision consultants, and contractors, these challenges were successfully addressed, expediting progress. As a result, the project was completed on time, coinciding with the city’s celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the Capital's Liberation.
Deputy Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, Duong Duc Tuan, praised and acknowledged the efforts of the city's departments, the Employer, contractors, workers, engineers, and staff. He commended their dedication and hard work on the construction site, ensuring the project was completed on schedule, meeting quality and safety standards, and providing a modern, friendly working environment.
CONINCO is proud to have successfully undertaken the quality supervision of the Van Ho Inter-Agency Complex project, establishing a solid foundation for the effective and sustainable development of the city’s departments and agencies.
