CONINCO participated in the groundbreaking ceremony of the A&T Sky Garden project in Binh Duong

On the morning of January 17th, 2024, the Employer A&T Group organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the A&T Sky Garden Apartment - a three-sided waterfront apartment complex adjacent to Saigon, featuring a unique 'sky garden' concept. The project is located on Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Lai Thieu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province. Construction Management Center No. 3 (T.QX3), a division of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., JSC), is the direct supervision consultant for the project.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by the leadership and government officials of Binh Duong province. The Employer's representatives included Mr. Dang Hong An - Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of A&T Vietnam Trading and Technical Investment Joint Stock Company (A&T Group), as well as the company's leadership and representatives the participating units.
On CONINCO's side, there were Mr. Tran Thanh Hai - Deputy General Director, Mr. Nguyen Tuong Anh - Director of T.QX3, along with the project implementation team CONINCO.

A&T Sky Garden is a condominium complex with a favorable location, nestled between two rivers, the Saigon River and the Lai Thieu River, facing the Green Lake in the southern region. It enjoys a "three-sided waterfront" position in the core of a residential area adjacent to Saigon. A&T Sky Garden spans over 7000 square meters, consisting of two towers, each 40 floors high, and two basement levels. One of its notable features is the unique rooftop sky garden.

Thanks to its impressive 40-story height, A&T Sky Garden is regarded as one of the tallest residential complexes in the region. As a result, future residents living in A&T Sky Garden will have the exclusive privilege that not every project can provide: a prestigious panoramic view. They will enjoy a sweeping and unobstructed vista, spanning the river to the lake, capturing both the serene beauty of the river and the bustling atmosphere of the urban streets.

As the supervision consultant for this project, CONINCO commits to deploying a competent team of professionals to oversee the project. They will closely coordinate with the Employer and relevant parties to monitor the construction quality, ensuring it meets the required standards. Additionally, they will ensure the project progresses according to the schedule, adheres to legal regulations, and prioritizes occupational health and safety.
