On the morning of March 30, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tien Cat Social Housing Project officially took place in Thanh Mieu Ward, Phu Tho Province. The Center for International Cooperation and Consultancy (T.3C) under Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) is the Supervision Consultant for the project.
The Tien Cat Social Housing Project is invested by the Viet Tri Urban Environment and Service Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of over 452 billion VND. The project is developed on a land area of more than 4,700 m2, with a construction area of 1,860 m2. The project consists of a 15-story building, 2 basements, and supporting facilities, with a total floor area of nearly 35,000 m2. The highlight of the project is its optimized design, designed to serve a wide range of low-income residents, with a common-use area ratio of up to 47%. The parking system is planned to meet nearly 80% of car parking demand, nearly 1 parking space per apartment—nearly three times higher than conventional standards. Notably, the project allocates 100% of its apartment fund for social housing, without allocating the usual 20% portion for commercial housing, to meet the housing needs following the recent provincial administrative merger, where more than 4,000 officials and civil servants have relocated to the Viet Tri center to live and work. Upon completion, the project will meet the affordable housing needs of residents, officials, and workers, while contributing to improving urban infrastructure and landscape and promoting local socio-economic development.
Participating in the project as the Supervision Consultant, the CONINCO engineering team will focus on ensuring quality in strict compliance with design documents and current technical standards for high-rise residential buildings. They will coordinate with the Investor and contractors to monitor and ensure project progress, aiming for on-time completion, and will regularly inspect occupational safety and environmental sanitation on-site.
For social housing projects, balancing cost optimization with ensuring construction quality and sustainability is always a critical challenge. With practical experience and a dedicated professional spirit, CONINCO’s engineering team commits to working closely with the Investor and other project participants to strictly manage site quality, contributing to the successful delivery of the project.
