CONINCO and LTEC (Laos): Elevating Strategic Cooperation, Accelerating Key Projects

On 21 October 2026, CONINCO welcomed a delegation from the Lao Transport Engineering Consultant Company (LTEC) for a working meeting. The meeting marked an important step towards realising strategic objectives and strengthening the close cooperation between two leading construction consultancy firms in Vietnam and Laos.

Representing CONINCO at the meeting were Dr. Ha Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, General Director; Mr. Nguyen Dac Phuong, Deputy General Director; Mr. Le Xuan Tuong, Head of the Finance and Investment Department; Ms. Pham Thuy Linh, Head of the Business Department; Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Board of Directors; Mr. Pham Tien Thang, Director of Consulting Division 3; Ms. Trinh Thi Phuong Thao, Secretary to the General Director and Deputy Director of the Design Management Center; and Mr. Dinh Xuan Son, Director of the Structural Engineering Center.

Representing LTEC were Mr. Thongdeun Khammany, General Director; Mr. Somphit Bounnaphol, Deputy General Director; Mr. Chittakone Manyphol, Head of Surveying, Design and Geotechnical Engineering; Mr. Bounngou Douangphachanh, Deputy Head of the Human Resources and Administration Department; and Ms. Siamphone Sengtakoune, Assistant, Marketing and Finance Department.

During the meeting, the two parties held open and candid discussions on key areas of cooperation based on LTEC’s proposals. Exchanging views on their development vision and strategy, Dr. Ha Minh shared CONINCO’s experience and lessons learned in corporate governance and human resource optimisation. The Chairman of the Board of Directors emphasised the importance of establishing a lean and efficient operating structure to achieve long-term development objectives. CONINCO’s leadership affirmed its readiness to work alongside LTEC, share management experience and provide training support to help LTEC build a solid foundation for sustainable development.

In response to the insights shared by CONINCO’s leadership, Mr. Thongdeun Khammany, General Director of LTEC, expressed his sincere appreciation for the practical lessons CONINCO has drawn. He also shared positive information about the outlook for the Lao market in the coming period, opening up promising opportunities for cooperation between the two companies.

Discussing an action plan to translate the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two parties into practice, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, General Director of CONINCO, affirmed that CONINCO would work with LTEC to establish dedicated working groups. Close coordination and continuous communication among teams of experts will provide an important basis for sharing professional expertise and ensuring that work is carried out promptly, smoothly, and as effectively as possible.

The meeting concluded successfully, further deepening the strategic partnership between the two companies and reinforcing CONINCO’s position as a trusted partner, ready to work alongside LTEC to jointly achieve shared growth objectives and make a practical contribution to the sustainable development of infrastructure in both countries.
